This is what trained my cat for the harness
I’d previously tried a fixed harness so my indoor cat could go outside under supervision and it ended up a wrestling match where I couldn’t get him into it.
With this one, I could gently put it on his back and wrap the Velcro straps around him gently…then lots of praise and a few treats. He got used to it and ended up absolutely loving going for walks outside.
Only one issue - even with the securing strap on, he could occasionally pop himself backwards out of it. A good trainer harness tho’
