I have recently had a 6 year old indoor cat join me and she had a closed off garden at her last home, so I wanted the least restrictive harness I could find as she has never worn a collar or harness so didn’t want her to be spooked. After using a few times she’s more than happy to use. I did read the reviews before buying and will say the clips are pretty stiff, but they do ease up gradually. I’d recommend opening and closing a few times before putting on

My two male kittens now 8 months have used this since they were 4 months... they were very hard and stiff at first but with use/over time the material does soften. My cats have never gotten out of these and very well made!! Cant complain about the price either!! Cheers zooplus!!!

I'm really pleased with these harnesses for my large 6 month old kitties. Many people have rated it down because of the stiff clips, but it does state on the packaging to open and close a few times to loosen them up before use. I spent a few minutes continuously opening and closing and they became easier after that. You do need a good thumb grip to unclip them, and I appreciate that with a struggling cat it might be difficult. But they'll not come open by accident. I'll be buying more.

this is a very good quality and well made harness myself and my partner take our 7 minth old kittens outside in our garden quite often. Definitely recommend

I have these for a 3kg queen and 4kg boy - we have used these harnesses regularly since they were kittens. The clips are a little stiff initially but become easier with use and practice! They are fully adjustable and comfortable for kittens and adults alike. I have also washed them at 40deg and they look like new again! Excellent value for this quality item!

Yea the clips are stiff and as stated there get easier in time, my two kittens bob and gizmo, both just over 5 months wore theirs for the first time today!!! Into our community garden, they loved it though still tried to go under the cars lol, the harnesses are ideal and seem to be comfortable wearing, so top marks from me!

I have a 7.3kg Siamese who is a very tall and extremely long cat and we needed a harness that would fit him, which hasnt been easy to find. This one is perfect; it is fully adjustable and the snap buckles mean it is easy to get on and off. Perhaps equally important is the fact that the material doesnt irritate his skin unlike the very expensive designer one I managed to get before. Brilliant and at an amazing price so 10 out of 10 for this one.

I bought this for my male 7mth old bengal as the harness I paid £7.95 for in the pet shop was too small between the neck and the body. This harness is great and my kitten loves bounding around the garden with it on. Will definitly order another one for my female bengal kitten when she is a little more relaxed about wearing her current kitten harness.

While I had previously given this a mediocre rating based on the small & fiddly clips, now that my cat has come to trust her harness (and the clips seem to have become less stiff over time), it works brilliantly. I've even ordered a second one!

have been looking in shops for a larger harness which is more secure for a few months now & couldn't find any good enough but finally came across this site & this one is perfect. its so much easier & quicker with a snap buckle.
