Trixie Cuddle Cats Placemat

It arrived damaged and dirty, with imprints from the cat food cans I ordered, and it will probably keep getting imprints from the bowls. It was put at the bottom of the parcel without any protection. A disaster. The mat looks nice, but the material is poor if it got messed up just during normal transport. I filed a complaint because I'd rather let it get imprints from the bowls (it'll last a bit), than have it already scratched up from the start.
