This helps my British longhair eating very wet or soupy food without getting all of his "beard/sidebangs" completely dirty. He also likes to shove his food around his plate and having it more or less staying in the middle seems to make him eat a bit more of his portion. I particularly like to use them for their granatapet soup snack. One star less cause they chip easily and better not to be put in dishwasher since they can get damaged.

The plates are beautiful, but they need to be handled carefully as they chip easily around the edges.
