Trixie XXL Ergonomic Ceramic Bowl

I have a Maine Coon cat and I bought two bowls, one for wet food and one for dry. I read that tilted bowls are better for their digestion. The bowls are a good size and look nice. My main issue is that when I put wet food in with a spoon and tap it to make the food fall, the enamel chips off, leaving ugly patches on the bowl. Also, when you wash them, you can't touch them much because they lose their coating very quickly.
