The top section where you put the filter is hard to remove that it snapped and then it just started leaking from the bottom. Waste of money and should be removed from sale.

The square top of this fountain doesn't click into the base, it just sits on it. But the round saucer clicks into the square top. It is so difficult to click off to change the filter. On my third filter this evening and the entire saucer snapped in half when i tried to remove it. Cheap, useless product made with cheap plastic. Don't waste your money.

I have no idea what the sellers were thinking, but I only received a spare pump for the water fountain WITHOUT the fountain itself... I don't recommend it.

It's not practical at all, even assembling it is a problem because you have to connect the motor to the top with a silicone tube that's so soft you can't push it in properly. If I want it to stick to the bottom but I've already pushed the tube into the motor, then I can't do it by hand because I can't reach it. If you have to do this every time you clean it, it takes loads of time and really tests your patience. For this much money, you can buy much better ones. Sent back.
