The cats managed to take it apart after just one day. So if you don't want to be searching for filter parts every day, I recommend buying a different one. Also, don't use the nozzle—there's a risk the cats will eat it! (Large cats)

Stopped working after two months.

I bought this drinking fountain for my cats at the beginning of February 2026, and by mid-May 2026 it had already stopped working. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. My complaint was not accepted; instead, I was told to take the pump apart myself and send technical photos. I think that's unreasonable. Under the warranty, I would have expected a more customer-friendly solution like a repair or replacement. One customer lost!!
