Ripped within a hour

My kittens love hammocks so this was a needed buy but within a hour of it being made the stitching gave way to one of the kittens

Lovely item, but unfortunately broke after a few days

I have several cats, but I think the mat should be able to withstand a bit more. After just three days, a strap on the side tore off. I already have a scratching post from this brand and the mat there has lasted for over 4 years, if not longer. Really disappointing.
