Could have been 4+ stars. We have two of these and our five cats love them there are how everyone three flaws. 1. The bottom of the bed could be firmer. 2. You can't take the cover off the frame to wash them. 3. The radiator hooks are nice and chunky but are too big for a thinner radiator, the bed hangs forward. The cats don't mind it's just personal preference. For the price a really good bed, just issue two is a worry/pain.

I bought it seeing 'machine washable' and obviously missed that only the removable cushion was. I'm glad someone else has posted how they fixed it, but for how expensive this is, we shouldn't have to wangle it like that. It's sturdy and the adjustable arms are great.

I love it, my cats love it, but how to take it apart to wash it? It says machine washable, but it won't fot in my machine with the metal parts attached, and it seems i am not the only one who can't dismantle it to wash.

This bed is not washable. If you have sphynx don't buy it. Fabric is attached to metal parts and it is not washable. Dirt is coming off quite easy, but hand wash every week is annoying.
