Relax Radiator Bed - Off-White

Seems like the angle of the frame is bent wrong much like a lot of other reviews, bed sticks up 45 degrees rather than flat!

When arrived it wouldn't stay straight and was bent at the wrong angle. My cats could climb onto the bed. the rubber fell as soon as i had opened the packaging.

I ordered one... it arrived bent at the wrong angle. I sent a picture, they sent me a replacement... also bent.

Arrived bent so unfortunately, although it fits on our radiator, it’s bent in a way where our cat would never sit on it. It’s a shame as I had high hopes.

The sheepskin doesn't fit very well. It's on the small size meaning my cats don't think it's big enough for them. It also says in the description that the cover fastens with a zip. There is no fastenings at all on mine, let alone a zip.

Terrible product. The frame wasn’t like the one in the picture; the hooks were crooked and the bed doesn’t sit straight like in the model photo. Money wasted on this product too. It’s going straight in the bin. It’s better to shop in-store so you can see the quality right away.

Waste of money. It’s a flimsy little drying rack with thin rods and a thin cloth over it. How dare they sell something like this. No cat would want to lie on it. It doesn’t hang properly. The cloth doesn’t even fit. Unfortunately, I was on holiday so I couldn’t return it. It’s just a waste of money.

As soon as the cat got on it (cat weighs 4.8kg), it bent forward! You can fix it, but as soon as the cat gets back on, it bends forward again. And I bought two of them. Money wasted.

Useless because the angle isn’t right, can’t be used.

Supposedly, the lounger is suitable for up to 20kg. Our cat (5.5kg) managed to wear it out in just 3 months. The metal bars simply bent downwards. Up until then, though, he clearly loved it.

I received a used product with a thread sewn into the hole!

The frame on the hanging rail is bent incorrectly. Who approves such faulty products?
