Enough to drive you to drink!

My husband and I have just spent 2.5 hours trying to zip this damn thing together. The zipper pull came off in the first 40 seconds so we had to fiddle around trying to get that on before even trying to zip the two pieces together. Impossible. Went on YouTube to see if there was a video. Nothing. And where were the rubber feet that supposedly stops it slipping? Not included. The best part was the cardboard box! Our cat loved it but no cosy bed.. Delivered late too. Will return it.
