Best food my cat loves this

I breed Ragdolls and have fed this as part of their diet for years. I was still using some from last year (well within use by date still) and the kittens were doing really well on it. However, I have just started them on the new batch I recently bought and they are reluctant to eat it. The ones that have eaten it, have ended up with dodgy tummies. I’m NOT impressed - there must have been an ingredient change - and definitely NOT for the better :(

It’s funny how my kittens who usually, who usually eat anything and love occasional new food trials, literally turned their noses straight away . Waste of money

Both my cats will not touch it! And my main coon will eat anything he just walks away so not for us

A little goes a long way with this food… I’ve had the kittens on it for about two weeks now and I’ve found that the food is so filling my active kittens are satisfied with a quarter of a tin with two small bowls of Smilla kitten poultry biscuits for breakfast and dinner. I am over the moon with this food! It’s high quality so it smells good, my cats poos don’t smell anymore which for me living in a small one bedroom flat is such a blessing! I’ve noticed that the cat’s fur has turned glossy.

My kitten loved this for the first few orders (although the litter tray reeked so badly it quickly filled the house!), so I set up a regular repeat with a few weeks’ worth of this plus other brands as well. Sadly the entire order of 70+ tins was all sent out in one enormous V heavy box so every single tin was dented and had a bouncy lid (though the air inside may’ve been from during production?), which meant the contents weren’t sterile. Different colour and kitten won’t go near it, Huge waste!

My kittens were on this for a while and did fine on it however it was out of stock when I needed to order more, so slowly changed them onto the animonda Carney poultry cocktail. They have been enjoying it much more and also looking at the ingredients this one actually states the organs and meat used where as smilla does not which definitely doesn't put it in my good books. Will not be going back onto this, so glad they were out of stock. Also smilla is a much smellier food.

Just won't eat it.

Mum and 3 kittens love this, although we only give them it when we are feeling guilty for having left them for long periods. They all gobble it up in record speed.

This food looks and smells like corned beef and my mama cat and her babies love it. Used it for 3 litters previously and am using it for my current litter, it gets devoured immediately as soon as I put the bowls down.

I have 2 kittens and one really loves this food, can't get enough of it! My other kitty however sniffed at it and walked away! Tried with another flavour but no he will not touch it!

I received my order today and it was very well packaged. I was soooo excited about this delivery as my cats have just had kittens and they were a little off the generic kitten biscuits and kitten food from the super market so although hesitant I took the plunge and ordered both ..... I'm soooo happy I did!!!! As they both love the food and biscuits within minutes of me putting it down it was practically all gone. HAPPY CATS HAPPY LIFE 😊

Despite this product seemingly being fine, my Maine Coon acts like its not food.

My 4 kittens and mummy loves it. Easy to eat with their small teeth. Poop is fine.

My two Ragdoll kittens really devour this meat choice. I think it’s extremely important to choose products that are as near to home prepped as possible. This product seems to be a good choice as they don’t leave a scrap and the price is reasonable too

Really nice product, very well loved by almost all my cats/kittens. Shame it doesn’t come in big tins, as I go through a lot of this.

Although the product seems to be of good quality, my kitten wasn't happy with it, she didn't like it so I had to place a refund for it unfortunately. But it looks like there's big quantity inside the tin for the price paid, which is really good. It's a shame she didn't like it

My kittens love this and thrive on it. It is pure meat with little jelly.

I am very pleased with the quality of this product. Its at a good price point however I do need to have this in rotation with two other meals as they get bored otherwise

My 2 kittens 3 and 4 months old only eat this food it is good quality and good meat content and smells good for a cat food too.

The cats usually like to eat them, but you can really notice the difference in appearance and overall quality between this brand and others in the higher price range. I'm especially sceptical because the ingredients list is lacking. It's not a brand I'd give to my cats for several days in a row.

My cat really likes it, I recommend it, it doesn't have sugars or cereals etc..

Unfortunately, my cats don't like this food. I also have to say that the 'poultry hearts' flavour has a nauseating smell.

My kitten wouldn’t eat any store-bought food. Not dry, not wet. He didn’t want Smilla from the sachets either. He only ate cooked chicken and turkey meat. Today I opened a tin of Smilla. He devoured it and begged for more. For the first time in two months, he ate cat food. Long live Smilla.

The smell is nice, I was hoping my cat would eat it, but it just sat there from morning till afternoon and she only took one bite.

No, neither I nor my kitten thought this was any good at all. I wasn't expecting such large pieces of sinew and connective tissue. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this product.

I bought it a year ago, tried again, but no luck... I like it very little, really just a bit.

Too compact, it's hard to break it up in the bowl, the smell is awful and my kitten won't eat it.

I have two 4-month-old kittens. I was worried they wouldn’t like it as much as the pouches, but they love it.

My cat literally threw up after eating this. He vomited for the first time, so I thought maybe he had food poisoning. I waited a few weeks. He threw up again, but not after any other food. I waited 2 months, now he won’t even touch the can. On top of that, the ingredients are a mystery. They say 40% is chicken and chicken hearts. And the rest? No idea.

The tomcat doesn’t like them. But if there’s nothing else, he’ll eat it.

I am very disappointed!!! All 12 cans arrived in the same flavour — this is a complete mix-up of the order (mixing up the goods). What’s more, the beef cans are swollen: out of 12, 4 have to be thrown away, and their expiry date is different from the rest. I demand an exchange for goods that are of full value and match my order!

I ordered twice. The first time, the little ones really liked them, so I ordered again. The second time, I actually received veal & poultry (even though the website says "veal"), which the cats wouldn’t touch. So I won’t be buying again, ever...

I am very satisfied with the food and can highly recommend it.
