I need to buy a diet food and knowing Parina I thought it should be OK but it’s absolutely revolting. I’ve put it out until three times now and my cats just look at it and walk away. I myself think it looks disgusting so I would not recommend it to anybody.

I tried to start my cat with a small amount of this food accompanied by the other food she’d been having for a long time. However, she ate this and left most of the other food, so I’ve called it a win! She’s a fussy eater. I’ve had all sorts for her in the past and had to go back to her previous food. She’s still eating this with gusto! I guess it just depends on the cat and what they like or dislike.

My cat tried to trip me down the stairs today. TWICE! I’m sure she was saying; “I HATE YOU!”, like my kids did when they were 13 & 14 (still do). I know I prefer a Krispy Kreme to an Apple & I guess Blue feels the same. But if I keep feeding her like I do, the vet says I will kill her & that means the kids will hate me as much as my wife! The food is obviously tasteless, so I started mixing it 50/50 with her old food & it’s working. Next week I’ll try 60/40 & so on. She is family & I need to try

Suggested as a treatment by vet for health condition. Seems to be doing its job for keeping health condition in check (not obesity). My cat will eat it, but prefers her sister's food!

My cat can eats everything and is not fussy at all. She is overweight so, I bought a lot of this food hoping to help with her weight management. If I put this food in her bowl she looks at me with such a sad face that it breaks my heart. So in order for her to eat it, I have to mix the product with other food.. which nullified the use of a weight management product as this. I have to manage her calorie’s intake manually and make sure she eats the correct amount. Don’t buy.

Timmy will not eat this product. He looks at the plate and then at me...I'm not eating this. Nothing wrong with the product, just got a fussy cat. He does eat other Purina pro-plan meals, sterilised senior.

This product was recommended by our vet to help my cats loose some weight. After gently introducing the food to my cats, they seem to enjoy the food.

My cat has lost over 1kg using this food and she’s very fussy but loves it!!

My cay seem OK on this . Not so hungry which is good on a diet. I sprinkle either the pro plan multi vitamin powder on it .or the forti flora . . My cats love this and will eat anything with topped on . I've put this review on due to some struggling to get there pet to eat this diet food .

My cat has been on a diet for a year now and has lost 3kg using the Royal Canin Satiety, however he’s been getting bored of the same food everyday so I decided to try this and so far a clean bowl everytime and a happy boy.

My big fat Grey Gorgeous Boy BENJI will literally eat anything. We call him the sweeper as he goes round all their bowls. You have to be fast to cat him. But on a serious note I’m trying a variety of foods & it’s hard work This one hes not fussed on so I mix with normal adult food. He leaves some but always go back THESE SPECIAL DIET FOODS WE PAY GOOD MONEY FOR AND DONT YOU THINK OUR CATS DESERVE BETTER. MAKE IT APPEALING TO THEM AS ITS NEARLY MORE THAN DOUBLE NORMAL CAT FOOD PRICE 🙈🙈

I have buying this food for my cat for over 2 years as she is on a diet, they have changed the packaging and also the price so having to order from elsewhere now as its already really expensive for a 4% meat content food so wont be making use of my Zooplus membership discount.

I have had the same problem with my cat, as in another review. My cat would only lap up the gravy and leave the meat; therefore not getting his medications correctly, so i added a different food (animonda integra) that he usually has. I mashed them both together and gradually weaned him off the animonda and now……as long as it’s all mashed, he will eat all of the purina obesity food.

Have been ordering this as recommended by vets but unfortunately every time the cat loves the gravy it comes in but leaves all the meat without fail am at a total lost as to wether keep buying it as throwing so much away all the time so don't konw if it's worth the cost.
