Using the Balance IT calculator, the carbs on this is 17.27% - far too much for a diabetic cat. Diabetic cats carbs should be kept below 10%. Most supermarket jelly foods are under 10% - you don't need 'special' diabetic food ! Low carb food & home test the blood glucose of your cat yourself. Tried this in place of Integra Protect and my cat struggled to eat the pate consistency. within 3 days she was sickly and has very loose bowels. Had to place an order for Integra asap. disappointed
