Oily
I have been buying this brand for years and I wonder if the recipe has been changed because we have never experienced this before. The food did not go all the way to the perimeter of the tin like usual and the meat was wet and oily. The tin was filled with oil! My cat barely sniffed the food and I did not feel it was safe to give it to her either. I sent a complaint Zooplus via the App weeks ago and have not had a reply.
We had no issues with the rest of the flavours.

Turns green shortly after opening
My car seems quite happy to eat the first plate but it turns a disturbing green colour quickly after opening. The rest of the tin gets wasted. The last time I kept it tightly wrapped up and put that in an airtight tin so she got through a bit more but once the air got to the rest she wouldn't touch it and I didn't blame her. I've had this experience every time with feringa. It's fatty looking too. It hasn't had and ill effects, it just looks awful when it changes colour!

Tried many ways, but my 2 kittens won't look at it
I really hoped my kittens would eat it because i know the dry food are not good, but they are just not interested. i tried to heat up, adding water, mixing with dry etc.. none works.
The problem is the content segregated, you have 3 layers. The gel on top, meat in the middle and fat at bottom. Am i supposed to mix them or what?

Good quality food
my cat loves feringa. prefers pouches because their consistency is wetter than cans and trays

Not tasty apparently- and tin dangerously sharp!,
Cats ( who like all sorts in mideration) don’t like any of these. Very cakey and dense like old fashioned cheap cat food.
Also, the can lids, once opeN , are very sharp it seems - just sliced the back of my finger clean open!🥺😩 ouch.💥

Feringa Classic
Feringa Classic is beating Feringa Pure Meat in the head to head test with our cats. They are both great and will be buying them again.

wow!
I love it! Both of my cats can't get enough of it, even the fussy one who sometimes turns her nose up at organic chicken!

high quaity and a good price
Been feeding my cat it for months as well as Feringa pure he likes every flavor. And for The two previous reviews this smells not bad at all.i prefer its smell over other brands it smells what meat should smell like. Also WATERCRESS is not poisonous to cats in high amounts it can be but so can most things, it depends on the type of watercress used as well this type is safe. the only reason he has said this is because if you type watercress nd cat in google that's the first thing that pops up smh

Best cat food!
Natural and tasty wet food. My cat loves the taste and has had no issues with the food so far. The recommendation came from my mother, who has two cats that can't get enough of the food either. I really like the creative flavour combinations! Finally I have found the perfect cat food and it's called Feringa.

Digestion much improved
It's not exactly cheap but when you look at the ingredients you can see why. Our cat often has diarrhea, but it has gotten so much better with this food. He didn't care much for Fish & Turkey but I'm sure it's just a matter of taste. Rabbit and Lamb are gone in seconds

absolutely top!
The food has been a real hit with my cats. The Poultry flavour is their favourite. The food smells good and in my opinion is a good choice for people who want to feed their cat healthy food without spending a fortune. The value for money is great. Thoroughly recommended!

Disgusting smell
My 2 cats refused to eat this, the food looked good but once it was plated for more than a few minutes it gave off a really bad odour like rotten meat/fish. Ended up throwing it away.

Lacks consistency
My cats either love this or hate it. It is their favourite food by far, but each time I order I have to wait and see if it's a new batch and whether they will eat the new batch! I wish it was more consistent. I have wasted so much money on this product (and all feringa products). I have to order in the hope that the batch has changed at £4.99 as a trial to see if the new batch is in and whether or not they will even eat it. Zooplus cannot tell me when a new batch is in so I can order it.

toxic to cats
Really not a good product as watercress is toxic to cats.
My cat has eaten watercress before and was rushed to the vet with posioning.
I dont understand why they have thought that this would be a good ingrediant in cat food is beyond me

cats do not eat this food - waste of money
I have 4 young cats - wanted a healthier diet for them so tried feringa. They wouldn't touch any of the flavours. First thought maybe the tin size was too big (800g) but tried 200g and they still wont touch any however hungry they are. Waste of money

Fussy cats like this food.
I have a new rescue cat who was given a main supermarket brand but now eats only this and her poos are firm chocolate logs now! I would recommend it. They all like the rabbit and turkey the best, it is a nice texture and good value for money

it smells really bad
At the beginning I was quite enthusiastic when I saw the texture and my cat ate a little bit of it (tried the poultry one). But then my entire apartment smelled like decomposing garbage. It was absolutely unbearable even with open windows. If my cat would eat a bowl in one sitting maybe it wouldn't be that bad... but she's not that sort of a cat. So I won't open the next can. the ingredients and texture seem appealing, but if you can't feed it to cats outdoors..
