Cosma Soup Mixed Trial Packs

I bought these for my cats as they like the liquid but usually leave the meat. I was so disappointed to find these were dry clumps of food with no liquid at all. I had to double check the packet which describes a broth. Will not buy again.

Broth? What broth? A faint hint of soup/broth. Then the meat inside is hard and stuck together. Don't buy this, it is a waste of money.My cat hates this but yours may love it. It's a no from me.

These are tiny packets containing a few tablespoons of liquid and a dessertspoon of meat/fish. I’d need to give 3-4 of these to give a decent meal to my cat, snd its almost impossible to get out of the packet too - you need a knife or spoon that reaches to the corner where the scant meat sticks. Urgh.

Purchased as a treat for my 2 Siberians, one tried to cover it up so must have smelt bad the other sniffed walked off, put the rest out for 3 feral cats and witnessed on cctv them leaving it and eating the biscuits I leave out for them. The fox that comes nightly ended up eating them with the dog food I leave out nightly.

My puss cats have royal caning food wet and dr, I thought I’d get these pouches as treats as the reviews were 5* . Both my cats take a sniff and try to cover them up as if just been in the litter tray :/ . Gave to my collie dog and even she turned her nose up, so left it outside as i feed a stray it was still there in morning but the dry food was gone done it now several days on the trot now, it must not have a good smell for a cat to think it’s got to cover it up !

Out of the 40 grams, there must be less than 20 grams of meat or fish. The rest is just water. For my 9kg cat, I need at least 4 pouches to make a meal for him. A real rip-off.

The tomcat didn't touch it. I gave it to a friend for her kittens.

One star for zooplus due to the lack of transparency about products on the website: the analytical table is no longer visible, which is essential for the cat’s health and required on the label. I even see a product (Cosma Bowl) completely without additives being described as a “complete recipe”, but without the addition of taurine, vitamins, and minerals, it can’t be a complete and balanced food for cats. Seriously misleading.

I ordered this soup because my cat has dental problems and needs to take in more fluids. But these sachets are a joke. The amount is homeopathic and on top of that, you can’t even get the little that’s in there out of the packaging. I’d rather just cook a chicken myself.

But then my cat didn’t even try them.

Unfortunately, my ginger cat came over, sniffed it and didn’t want to eat. I bought 2 boxes of 24 pieces each, different fish, flavours, and he didn’t touch any of them. At work, I have a few friendly stray cats, and they didn’t want it either. It smells nice and appetising. I also bought a box of tins from the same brand—no luck there either. Oh well, shame about the money, because I could’ve just bought some chicken breast and he would’ve eaten it with pleasure.
