Burns chicken and rice Poor quality.
I have noticed that the 2kg extra bags have a lot of dust dregs.
2 dogs have eaten this food over the 20 years I have been a customer.
The bag that was sent on the 24/4/26, and I have just started using, has lots of the dust. My dog won't eat it.
£54.48 I paid. I thought at first it was a teeth issue. However, I bought a small bag of another dried food and she was back to eating.
It must be the bag of dog good you sent. It looked sub standard when I have had a proper look at the contents. Poor q

Quality of the kibble has gone down
I've fed Burns dry dog food to my Sprocker for several years and appreciated its high quality. However, I have been disappointed with the quality of my last two orders which have contained large quantities of broken biscuits and crumbs. I thought the first sack might have been the result of a one-off fault in the production process but it has obviously become the new standard which is very disappointing. Time for a change.

No chicken at all!
My Dalmatian is intolerant to chicken, smells that made the wallpaper curl and poo you need to wash away as you couldn't pick them up (including some blood on occasions). Recommended this by another dog owner who had had the same problems with her Hungarian Visla. Never any problems in the tummy department now and have never looked back.

Love these tasty biscuits
Our senior Labrador loves this kibble she finds it easy to eat and the kibble is the perfect size for her. She loves the taste and won't eat anything else. I do recommend this product 🩷😋

I have been using this food for 20 years all my dogs do well on it. my old boy died just before his twentieth birthday & his pups are now sixteen, so must be doing something right.

Good food for my greyhounds
My 3 greyhounds have been on this food for quite a while and they like it. Everything has improved from their poo to their coats. It is quite expensive, but at the same time we don't have to visit the vets all the time. Very pleased with it.

lamb dog food that is lamb and not lamb made up by chicken i have a dog that can't have chicken and finding dog food with out it is hard but this is great

Gentle on Tummies
My dog loves this dry food and it's the only one we've found that doesn't upset his tummy. All flavours have been fine with him but the lamb is his favourite

My dog has had this food for years
Very happy with this great quality food. Our 8 year Old English Sheepdog used to suffer from hotspots, and this diet has close to, eliminated the problem!
