I've fed Burns dry dog food to my Sprocker for several years and appreciated its high quality. However, I have been disappointed with the quality of my last two orders which have contained large quantities of broken biscuits and crumbs. I thought the first sack might have been the result of a one-off fault in the production process but it has obviously become the new standard which is very disappointing. Time for a change.
