Product description

Extremely absorbent cage bedding made from corn hygiene pellets, good alternative to straw and shavings products, completely biodegradable, easy to use, free from additives.

Discover the Chipsi Family Corn-Hygiene-Pellets, the ideal solution for your small animal enclosure. This extremely absorbent cage bedding offers significantly better absorption behaviour than conventional pellets and is perfect for households with a variety of animals. The pellets are made from natural plant fibres and are free from additives, which makes them particularly environmentally friendly.

Thanks to their special pellet shape and easy pourability, Chipsi Family Corn-Hygiene-Pellets are easy to handle. They are compostable and, depending on local regulations, can be disposed of in the organic waste bin. With their high absorbency, they bind more than 4 litres of water per litre of pellets, making them a tried and tested supplementary litter for damp areas.

Chipsi Family Corn-Hygiene-Pellets at a glance:

  • Extremely absorbent cage bedding for small animals
  • High suction power: better suction behaviour than conventional pellets
  • Environmentally friendly: consists of natural, uncontaminated plant fibres
  • Easy handling: easy to pour pellet shape
  • Compostable: fully biodegradable and can be disposed of in the organic waste bin

First time user - will now be my go to
These were much better than the catsan product i usually order. the catsan stayed on their paws and woudl come out of the tray. They prefer the wood pellets. Will always order now! Needs changing a little more frequently but smells less.

Perfect for cat litter
I use this as litter for my cat, as he was used to wood pellet litter but I wanted to start buying in bulk. I introduced it to him and he took to it straight away, as it looks the same as the wood pellet litter you'd buy in most shops. After using it for a few weeks I'm absolutely sold on it. It smells less, it's easy to see where he's peed and it even clumps a little compared to previous wood litters I've used. 100% recommend

Brilliant & does what it says on the sack
After my usual supplier stopped stocking a very good wood pellet litter I was desperate to find some that was as good as that, tried Asda's & Morrisons wood pellet and well, total rubbish. This litter is performing as good if not better than the one I used before, it's biodegradable, easy to use, cats love it and there is no smell from it when they have pee'd, I have 4 Kitties and have to have quality litter otherwise there is a wee odor as in the Asda and Morrisons rubbish litter .

Ok - but not the best
I recently ordered this as it seemed good value and I usually use wood based litter and expected it to be similar as it looked almost the same. However in comparison to wood based pelts this is not very absorbent and does not hold smell as well. Quite disappointed as I had to change litter twice as often. I would recommend using wood based litter instead of corn based

Great potty litter for my rabbit
My rabbit is potty trained and i use this absorbent litter in his potty. I find it excellent as he tends to eat anything, but with this stuff, he doesn't get ill. I have tried several different types of litter and this is the best.It is very absorbent but obviously i change his potty daily.
