Royal Canin Medium Digestive Care dry dog food is designed for sensitive medium-breed dogs. Your medium-sized dog's skin and gastrointestinal tract are both highly sensitive organs that can have hypersensitive reactions to external factors, such as as unbalanced diet, changing life circumstances, travel or environmental pollution.
This dry food contains easily digestible L.I.P. proteins and selected prebiotics, which promote a healthy intestinal flora. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids also have an anti-inflammatory effect and support the health of your dog's skin and coat.

Excellent food
I have been struggling for a while to find a food that suited both my cockapoo with itchy feet and a lab with digestive issues. I tried lots of hypoallergenic products. We moved onto science diet sensitive which helped the lab but the cockapoo went off it. I thought I would have to bite the bullet and get two separate foods until I bought this. The labs digestion issues solved literally overnight and the cockapoo has stopped licking his feet and yakking up bile. Would definitely recommend,

Tried before different foods, and she was doing almost diarrhoea every time.

This is an excellent food but it was a cheap shot reducing the bag size with no change in price. I would switch if my dogs could tolerate a change - I suspect I am not alone and that the manufacturers know that!

Looking at alternative options after they have reduced the bag by 1/3 and the price by virtually nothing

Disappointed in reduction in size of bag
Although I am still happy with this product and its nutritional content, I am certainly not happy with the reduction in size of the bag by a third with the price remaining at around the same. 10 kg for the price of 15kg is not value for money.

Disappointed
After buying this product for almost a year, the latest bag that has just been delivered has been reduced by 5kg to 10kg. The price was only £1 lower. I don't call this value for money.

Careful for those who simply reorder. They have reduced the size from 15kg to 10kg and only reduced the price by £1

Finally firm stools!
It has taken 5 1/2 years to find one that works and that he likes. He is a Springer Spaniel cross and very lively. He seems more content now too.
Just a name change
Our Parson Jack Russell has always eaten Royal Canine Sensible. I panicked when it showed up as discontinued. Then I found Digestive Care - same thing but different name. Why do manufacturers do that. Still Spud is happy and so are we. Happy dog days.
