Rocco Diet Care Weight Control has a low energy content and the low carbohydrate content with fast glucose release that helps to regulate the glucose supply (diabetes mellitus). Being overweight can significantly impact on your dog's health, as it can lead to joint problems or diabetes, which affects the quality of life. This wet food is low in fat and contains plenty of fibre, which produces a longer-lasting feeling of satiety. Feeding guide

Rocco Diet Care Weight Control is a dietetic complete wet food for adult dogs.

Recommended feeding period: Feed initially for up to 6 months to reduce obesity until your dog has reached the desired body weight; feed up to 6 months to regulate the glucose supply (diabetes mellitus).

Please consult your vet before using this food or extending the feeding period. This is a complete dog food and should be fed according to the feeding guidelines, however feeding amounts should be adapted depending on your dog's level of activity, age or breed. The total daily feeding amount should be divided into 2 or more meals per day.

Serve the food at room temperature. Make sure your dog always has fresh drinking water available.
Contraindication: Not suitable for pregnant and lactating bitches, puppies.

Best Diet Food

I was sceptical about trying this food for my dogs who are both on a diet and very fussy eaters. They absolutely LOVE it and one of my dogs has lost 0.5 kgs in just 2 weeks. Both dogs need to lose 2 kgs so I've already re-ordered.

Brilliant help to loose weight

Diet food

Tried most of tinned dog food , a lot had solid fat in the bottom and some going through the tin . Then I tried Rocco diet . A few months now she is doing well on it perfect stools,

Excellent results

After our 4 yr old Weimaraner had been dressed her weight ballooned. She’s raw fed but we weren’t having any luck with her weight issues simply by cutting back on her raw food consumption because she was always hungry. We decided to try this product and after 6 weeks the results are fantastic. We have our slimmer dog back. We should reach her target weight within the next few weeks and then slowly back on to raw. As a short term substitute for a raw fed overweight dog this product delivers.

My dog loves this food

I feed this wet food in conjunction with Hill's Metabolic Mobility and she has lost 4kg in 4 months, 1kg left to go. The Hills canned food is too expensive for me to buy regularly and I'm so pleased that I found this Rocco weight control. My dog absolutely loves it and her poos are a perfect consistency.

Why only as 400g tins?

This food is really amazing, our dog can eat 20% more and still lose weight slowly. To keep him fuller for longer we mix it with a Light dry food and you can see he is more satiated and doesn't beg for food. Especially when combined with long walks, you can really see the pounds drop off - we are very happy, APART FROM the fact that this food is only available in 400g tins? A lot more rubbish that way....
