My Dogs Love Rocco Real Hearts
For the past 5 years I've fed my dogs raw or boiled chicken breasts from Lidl. But I noticed more often than not that their poop was runny never firm.
I went in search for something else and found the reviews on Rocco Beef and Real Chicken Hearts an gosh, being that Shihtzus are fussy eaters, this was met with delight. Whoosh from day one they devoured it. And a bonus is that tablets can be pushed into the hearts and the smell of them not be detected.
I will continue to buy Rocco Real Hearts.

Great surprise
I had a bad experience with Lukullus, so I decided to give this a go and I love it. I was expecting more of the same to be honest, it feels like buying pet food is a bit of a lottery: one batch is great, the next is a disaster... But healthy poos, NO NASTY SMELL, small heaps (compared to other food) = great digestibility and great assimilation. I would definitely recommend it for dogs with kidney issues because it will place a lot less stress on them.

Super happy with it!!!
I tried some different brands every now and then but this holds it own against some of the more premium brands when it comes to smell and preparation. It smells good even the next day and stays nice and juicy, which makes it easy to portion. I gave a very expensive Sensitive food a go, but as soon as I opened the can there was a sour smell burnt into my nostrils, and it left our dogs less than impressed.
Rocco Real Hearts will keep their number 1 spot in our household!

CHICKEN WITH CHICKEN HEARTS
We have fed our two GSD's ( 13 & 10 ) this food for the last 5 years and never once experienced any problems especially has GSD's are known for their sensitive stomachs. My two love clean their bowls ever time. Fully recommended

It looks and smells so good!
Harry & Sophie my diabetic Bichon Frise really love Rocco which they have mixed with their Greenwoods Kibble,
The Chicken hearts variety cans are really crammed full of good quality chicken pieces with real whole hearts in a rich chicken jelly.
Sophies absolute favourite is the Rocco beef which not only looks appetising in its rich jelly but smells like a really good quality corned beef.
If you want a premium wet food for your dog Roco must be one of the very best!

Good solid food
My elderly terrier/poodle mix just loves this food. there are a lot of hearts in each tin and it's nice to be able to recognise what is in the tin. All the Rocco food I have bought has been really solid without watery jelly or gravy using up the weight. I thoroughly recommend it

I've been trying to find a decent wet food for my almost 11year old lab, something that ISN'T full of cereals,so called chunks of 'meat' that is actually soya and full of gravy or jelly. I came across Rocco hearts and thought I'd give it a whirl. I'm so glad I did! Full to the brill with actual meat and chock full of hearts, yes it does have some jelly,I found the chicken variety has more than the beef, but in all honesty,there isn't a great deal,thumbs up to Zooplus!

At last ...
A food that my Tibetan Terrier will Woolf down. I've tried every type of kibble and even raw feeding but after a few days she would turn her nose up and not eat her food without some added goodies. With the Rocco range she cleans the bowl, or if there is a scrap left, the cat will clean it off for her!!!!

Very tasty, lots of hearts, but the chicken variety has lots of jelly
Our Beagle thinks this stuff is delicious (she loves all Rocco food!). We had lots of hearts in each can! I think it's good that with this range the meats are separate, so you can buy cans that don't contain beef. Plus there's no added carbohydrate sources like with the Sensible cans.
We thought it was a bit of shame though that on top of the chicken can we opened was a layer about 1.5cm thick of jelly. For us an 800g can lasts 4 days, so we had to really mush up the food to make sure the first day wasn't a full meal of just jelly.

Only 2 hearts per can
I was a bit disappointed when I opened one can and it was just processed meat inside with only 2 actual hearts. I expected more from a premium food. If all the cans are this bad I wouldn't recommend buying it - the Rinti Poultry Hearts food from zooplus has far more hearts in every can.

Great new variety
My dogs love this. It's also good for smaller dogs and they are all happy with it, even my poor allergy ridden old dog doesn't have any problems. So this is something I'm going to stock up on. It's so nice to be able to give my dogs something different.

My giant poodle is crazy about this and it suits his tummy
I ordered this food while my dog was undergoing vet treatment and was hardly eating anything. I was at my wit's end and then I tried this. He ate it and kept it down. We were amazed. A good food at a good price.
