Perfect for a poodle's tummy!
My standard poodle had problems with his pancreas in the first year, and later he started having epileptic seizures. I had him checked thoroughly from head to toe and back again – nothing was found.
Then a vet suggested switching his diet to higher roughage. Now I feed him this dry food, and his stomach, pancreas, etc., are doing great. No more seizures. No more pancreas issues or stomach aches, etc.

I can only agree!
I tried to feed my little mixed-breed dog in an especially healthy way. Unfortunately, he doesn’t tolerate raw meat feeding at all. In the end, he even reacted to high-quality canned food with severe bloating and soft stools. He often had stomach aches and was restless. Ever since I started giving him this food, he’s been doing great. Royal Canin is often unfairly criticised. We’re definitely not following the BARF trend anymore.

No more stomach problems, goodbye diarrhoea :)
My dog has had recurring issues with his stomach, intestines, diarrhoea, etc. ever since he was 9 weeks old. He was on the dry food he got from the breeder. I then switched to a regular, easily digestible dry food, but unfortunately, that didn’t work either. The vet recommended Royal Canin Vet Diet, and he tolerates it brilliantly! In the meantime, I tried switching to a cheaper dry food again, but that didn’t work, so we went back to RC Vet Diet. Now, at almost 4 years old, he couldn’t be doing better.

Great food for dogs with ibs
One of our Rhodesian ridgebacks has ibs and has had haemmoragic diarrhoea twice
This food means he stays well and doesn't suffer so I highly recommend it

Very well-tolerated food
I can only agree with the previous review. I used to be a complete opponent of dry food in general and Royal Canin and similar companies in particular, because I never liked the ingredients. For several years, I tried to feed my dog in a healthy way. Very high-quality wet food without any artificial additives, home-cooked meals, and even BARF. Yet she often suffered from stomach and intestinal pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, and slimy stools.
Until my vet said, "What does your dog get from your healthy diet apart from stomach aches?" and then recommended this food to me. And what can I say: my dog is doing incredibly well. For the first time, absolutely perfect stools, no complaints anymore, and she likes it too.

Simply brilliant...!!!!
If only I hadn’t listened to other people for so long, who always badmouth this brand—my dog is now 11 years old and has been with us for 9 1/2 years. From the very beginning, he kept having diarrhoea and almost always mushy stools. I really tried everything that’s supposedly high-quality food, but nothing helped. This food was our salvation—after the second feeding, you can hardly believe it: small, firm stools just as they should be, and no more bloating.
