perfect for my chicken intolerant dog
Great food with good ingredients and my dog doesn't have any problems digesting it. I tried the venison and the chicken flavours before and they upset his tummy. This one is great and he accepts it, has ok poop and doesn't scratch his ears

My Labrador is very happy.
My Labrador has no issues with this food. Since he can't tolerate beef or pork, we initially tried Luposan. But that wasn't the right fit either. After a long search, we finally found Markus Mühle Pasture Lamb.

Fussy dog loves this
It has taken quite a time to find a food that our young staffy eats quite happily (he prefers this over wet food) without upsetting his sensitive stomach. He even accepts this as training treats and filling up his kong etc.. I dont measure how much he has as we just keep his bowl topped up and luckily he doesnt overeat.

Made my dog stink!
My greyhound enjoyed eating this food - but he's not very fussy. It looked very similar to other cold pressed foods we use and the smell in the packet to a human nose was ok. However, this made my dog really reek. He had dreadful gas (way more than usual and very smelly), his breath smelled worse and even his body seemed to take on an unpleasant odour. When the packet was used up we have switched back to NatureNah and he's back to normal smell levels!

Unfortunately, a poor choice..
My female dog, a Labrador Retriever mix, unfortunately didn’t eat the food. I couldn’t exchange the bag anymore. Had to open it to offer the food, after all. Well, a bad choice... Money down the drain.

Good food, but unfortunately not suitable for my dog.
My mixed-breed dog reacts to chicken.
What I didn’t know is that she would also react to egg. The ingredients list includes egg yolk powder. Unfortunately, she doesn’t tolerate this food and keeps scratching herself. Now I have to switch to another food again.
The food smells quite good and my dog enjoys eating it. Her stool is firm, small piles, and she only needs to go 1-2 times a day.
Overall, it’s a good food, but not suitable for dogs with chicken allergies. Such a shame...

Really good food
Great dry food, the pieces are different sizes, which encourages slower eating. It's devoured by our 3-year-old wolfdog and our 12-year-old stray dog. We've finally found the perfect food for both of them. The female dog is very active and loves taking it as a treat while on the go. The older male dog has noticeably become more agile and fitter since he started eating this food. We think the food is fantastic and recommend it to other dog owners.

Not suitable for us.
I've been using Markus Mühle dog food for years, always alternating between the Red Deer and Black Angus varieties. This time, I wanted to try the Pasture Lamb. Unfortunately, the output isn't great—always quite soft to runny. So, it's not an option for us :)

Well tolerated, relatively well-liked by the dogs, good composition, good digestion/output. We feed a variety of foods, including extruded kibble and fresh food alternately, so it's hard for us to assess long-term effects, etc. One point deducted due to the phosphorus content (1%), which is normal but can be quite high depending on the dog's age—a general drawback of most cold-pressed foods. In comparison, our extruded kibble usually contains only half (0.5%), which is significantly more kidney-friendly in the long run. Otherwise 👍
