I ordered 4 12kg bags of Hills (2 x puppy and 2 x adult) late on Thursday 16th Aug. The entire order arrived on Mon 20th Aug ie only 2 working days later! Fantastic service.
Feared the worst!
3 days after buying 2x 15Kg bags of the Hills Medium Puppy Lamb & Rice (£78), I tried to track my order and couldn't. Worried, I started googling Zooplus and read quite a few bad reviews! Fearing the worst, I decided to wait and see (I had completed via bank transfer). To my relief, the food arrived (via ParcelForce) on the 7th day after purchase. It was brand new and in perfect condition - not what a lot of the reviews were stating.
I will use them again.
