Product description

An exciting, interactive dog toy with 2 levels of difficulty, it encourages agility and concentration while keeping your dog amused. Let your dog work out how to get the treats out of the 3 beakers.
The interactive Trixie Dog Activity Turn Around strategy game has two different levels of difficulty. The beakers have different lid openings and your dog has to work out how to get the treats out of them by turning them around. This game helps to encourage physical agility as well as training your dog to concentrate. You can adjust the levels so it is suitable for even the most proficient dog. The detailed guide provides plenty of tips and trick to make training fun and interesting without overtaxing your dog.

The Turn Around toy consists of three little beakers with lids, attached to a stand. You can hide little treats in the beakers. Now it is up to your dog to work out how to get the treats by pushing or pawing at the beakers and turning them around until the snacks fall out. You can vary the level of difficulty and choose between two different lids which have different sized openings. The toy has anti-slip rubber feet so it won’t slide around, even if your dog is very lively.

Great engagement effect

Our 5-month-old Mini Australian Shepherd earns his food with this. Holds up well. 1 point deducted because it tips over easily; I have to hold it down with my foot, otherwise our dog knocks it over. 2 different difficulty levels.

Great activity

After practising for two days... first with just one tube and some nice-smelling little pieces of meat sausage, our Negra has now got the hang of it and happily spins every day with her paws... Brilliant!

Toy

Great toy, I taught my Addy to use his paws to turn the tubes. He’s having so much fun with it.

The most popular toy in our house, but…

...we had to make some adjustments. I was looking for a toy for my ADHD Yorkie. He LOVES this thing and spins around several times a day. Unfortunately, it's quite large for small dogs. But thanks to a tip from another review (lowering one level with cable ties), we can use it. Also, because the holes are too big, our mini kibble falls out in heaps. I sealed two of the three holes with tape. Now it's absolutely brilliant.

Not just for dogs!

This has helped keep my chickens entertained throughout "flock-down". Also, my cats love it. It has a heavy base which makes it very sturdy. Generally very good quality.

Fab for birds!

My parrots love this feeder. I stuff it with shredded newspaper so it takes them a little longer to get all their food out. Keeps them busy for ages. Going to get some more for the birds at work.

Great toy

For my Bolonka, as he loves to learn. I taught him how to turn the containers with his paws. He really enjoys it, and then he looks down when the treats fall out.

Too easy

I have an eight year old Shihtzu/Poodle - she walked up to this, gave it a nudge and ate the treats, I was hoping for something to entertain/excite her but this wasn't a challenge at all.

Great toy and great value

2 years later since my last review on this toy my wee Yorkie got for his Christmas in 2017 The toy is still going strong and he loves the small bone shaped treats that you sell esp the tripe flavour and gets so excited when you fill the tubes and can't wait to start twirling them for his treats Excellent buy would recommend it.

Amazing*****

My dog would never eat his dry biscuits in the morning...until we got this! He absolutely loves it, it’s so much fun for him. We love to watch him concentrate so hard on getting them out! Definitely recommend!

Great for Rabbits!

My 2 rabbits love this toy. They worked it out very quickly. It helps delay them scoffing their pellets and gives them a challenge.

Super, but with a small dog, some improvements are needed.

Quick assembly, don’t forget the screws at the very bottom of the base. The only issue was the height, which was a challenge for my small dog (weighing just 4700 grams), and I was worried she might dislocate her shoulders. So, I adjusted the bar lower using cable ties (2 containers), and now she’s loving it :-) She figured it out within 20 minutes. For large dogs, it’s a great toy, and with a bit of tinkering, it’s just as worthwhile for very small dogs.

Frenzied attack!

Working Cocker goes mad and loves this. Reason for 3 stars is i have to hold it because she knocks it over and throws it around to get the treats out. Product needs to be locked onto a heavier base but the legs rest in indentations on the base.

Short playtime

Actually, he's very playful, but this didn't bring him much joy. He keeps knocking it over all the time.

keeps them occupied

Bought this for my little Yorkie's Christmas He wasn't too sure how it worked the first day but now he's hitting it with his paw and twirling the wee containers round to get the treats out It keeps him amused and his brain active would recommend

absolutly fab. easy to assemble great for mind stimulation i put treats in for play time but would also be great as a sort of slow feeder for kibble i use the grain free ostrich chunks in this which are a perfect size did have a great vid to put on but you cant place pics or vids on to the reviews which is a shame

Very entertaining

Our two Dobermans love this toy. Keeps them occupied. There are two levels and they've worked out the principal very quickly so the second difficulty level is very useful.
