The mattress is viscoelastic and adapts individually and optimally to the protruding parts of your dog's body, such as shoulders and hips. This means that your pet can lie completely pressure-relieved and pain-free! The thick wellness mattress also protects against harmful cold floors and underfloor heating.
This makes the sofa ideal for preventing or treating existing joint diseases, especially in older dogs. The thick mattress is also particularly comfortable and cosy. The high, dimensionally stable roller backrest, which is fixed to 2 sides of the dog bed, allows your pet to lean back comfortably and optimally support its spine or head. New version is cheaply made, just awful
I bought this to replace my dog’s bed. I went with this as it was the same brand that had lasted 10+ years. So bought the new one, expecting the same quality as the previous purchase. Wow was I wrong! Within a couple weeks of use, the seam at the front of the bed had split open! 😡 Nutmeg is not destructive with her bed or toys and I am disgusted with the quality! We will not be buying this brand again. The price is not worth it anymore. I would NOT recommend at all.

Cheap Chinese copy?
The badge isn’t on the front of the bed received as shown in the photos on the webpage. The quality of the finishing on the corners isn’t as good as one purchased 2015. After removing the new mattress bed from the cover it’s immediately evident that it’s not as thick as the old one by 10mm also feels of a lot lesser quality. It’s the same for the bumper rolls which in the case of the new one doesn’t even seem to be memory foam! As far as I’m concerned it’s a refund job!

Very disappointing
We bought this bed years ago. Unfortunately, it’s now seen better days, so we decided to treat ourselves to a new one. What arrived today is nothing like the old one. A cheap imitation.

Quality has noticeably declined
A few years ago, I bought two sizes of this bed, and they were absolutely great. I only gave them away because I wasn’t sure if I’d get another dog. Now, upon unpacking, I’m very disappointed – the edging is completely soft, like it’s filled with cotton wool. I just hope the lying surface doesn’t sag straight away :-(

Three or four stars?
We’ve had a sofa like this in our living room since 2015, so for 7 years now. I still give it 5 stars!!!
That’s why I decided to get a second one for the bedroom. It was delivered today, and I was already disappointed when unpacking it. The edging has noticeably less filling, so it’s a bit too soft. My dog weighs about 22 kg and doesn’t have a heavy head. She likes to rest her head on the edge, and with the new sofa, it sinks in much more. I hope this doesn’t affect the comfort.

Very good
I just found in my order history that I bought this sofa in January 2015. It’s in our living room and is pretty much in constant use. It used to be the favourite spot of my late Lab mix girl. A few weeks ago, her successor moved in and immediately took to it.
What’s really impressive is the durability. Apart from a few superficial scratches, it has no damage. The seams have held up, and even the memory foam hasn’t been compressed.

Perfect for seniors with incontinence issues
Our 16-year-old Westie mix has unfortunately become incontinent at night. After having to dispose of several dog beds for hygiene reasons, we needed a comfortable yet easy-to-clean bed. After 4 years, we're buying it again now.
I love this bed, and so does our dog. It’s comfortable, sturdy, and super easy to maintain. Especially with his aching joints, he seems to feel very comfortable there. Our dog used to throw up occasionally, and you could just wipe it off and it was good as new. Our dog weighs around 25kg and sometimes likes to scratch things into place (not too hard), and apart from a few marks, there’s nothing visible.

Great dog bed
I have 2 Belgian Shepherds, and when my female dog "got on in years" (at 7 years old), I really wanted an orthopaedic dog bed. This one was very appealing visually, so I ordered it. That was 5 years ago, and I’m still thrilled with it. There’s nothing to criticise about the quality of the dog sofa. It arrived without any defects and looks exactly like it does in the picture. I have to say, I bought the bed for my two dogs back in April 2019. They are very sturdy and look comfortable. Unfortunately, my male dog tore his apart after 5 months. My female dog still has hers. Really great!
