Product description

A height-adjustable agility hurdle for extending your dog's sport and training. A nylon bag is included for convenient transport.
Please note: This product might take a little longer to arrive as it may be shipped from outside the UK.

With the height-adjustable Agility Hurdle Set from the Agility Fun & Sport Series you can set up your own individual dog agility jumping course.

The hurdle poles fit comfortably into the included nylon shoulder bag, making it easy to transport so that any walkies could turn into an exciting training session. The metal points at the end of the poles make it easy to set up in the garden or in a field.

Shared activities create trust and strengthen the relation between dog and owner. This is one reason dog agility has become a more and more popular dog sport in recent years.
Fun & Sport Dog Agility Hurdle at a glance:

  • Contains:
    • 3 x Poles
    • Hurdle height: up to approx. 1m
    • Hurdle width: 1.1m
  • Please note the following before using any agility equipment:
    • The dog's muscles should always be warmed up before any training session, ideally by playing a light round of fetch or running.
    • Never feed your dog prior to training although treats as rewards are naturally allowed.
    • Fit the training session to suit the dog's age, breed and size.
    • Always have fresh water to hand and give yourself plenty of breaks.
    • Always arrange and close the training session positively to avoid your dog missing out on the fun of this joint activity.
    • Puppies and young dogs still growing should only be trained following the consultation with a vet in order to avoid stunting growth or damaging their health.

Good quality jump that offers more of a challenge

It’s a good price and seems durable. My cat has been using it for 3 months now and it works well to give him a challenge. He started at half height and is now jumping it at 75% height now around 70-80cm. Much better value and functionality than the hurdle kits I saw on Amazon. I’ve some cones from there that deteriorated really quickly when left outdoors while this one is perfect.

Superstar Fur Babes

We took our 3 dog's to a trainer (for us really) she suggested trying agility with them, as they are always on the go. WOW!! It works, and product is amazing, it's lightweight, waterproof, portable and the jumps come in easy to carry bags. The poles have sharp spikes on the ends just stick them in the ground, the orange jump pole can either be slotted or rested on the easy to move hard plastic bracelet. I want the weave poles next. Highly recommended.

Great fun

My son loved using this to teach our Sprocker to jump over and go under. It didn’t take her long at all to realise what she was meant to do. They both seemed happy using it.

Good hurdle

The hurdles are really great overall; the middle bar can either be fixed in place or, like in equestrian sports, simply laid on top, which reduces the risk of injury. However, as soon as the dog hits the bars too hard, the tip bends immediately in the ground, just like tent pegs used for setting up a tent. That's why I can't give full marks.

Fit for spring

My three dogs love it. We have so much fun and pure adventure. It helps train agility and dexterity. I use the product alongside other agility equipment and set up the adventure playground in the park. - Unfortunately, it's not suitable for indoor use -

Sturdily built for fun and training

My dog Yuukan loves agility, so I bought this agility pole to train with him in the garden. At first, I was a bit sceptical, but this piece of sports equipment delivers on its promises. It’s easy to adjust, stands firmly, and the height settings are fantastic. My dog really enjoys this product; it seems durable and has held up well for us over the past few months. Best regards

Very good quality

For the low price, I honestly didn’t expect such good quality. But the hurdle is relatively sturdy, the poles can be easily stuck into the ground, and the tips don’t bend even with minor resistance. The height adjustment is excellent, and the pole holder can be locked with a lever so that nothing slips. The pole sits well in the holder, falls down when the dog touches it, but not with the slightest gust of wind. The bag is practical, as are the sleeves for the tips, so nothing pokes through the bag. All in all, a very good and recommendable product for training at home.

That's brilliant!

If you don’t necessarily have the money for proper dog parks but still want to offer your pet some variety, it’s ideal. I keep it in the car, and whenever the opportunity arises, the hurdle gets used. Perfect. The old woof is happy—he can now calmly pick up everything he finds—and the little bundle of energy is grateful for the change, as I always pair it with something to keep her mind engaged. Cool thing!

Great hurdle

I ordered two hurdles for our home course and I'm absolutely satisfied! You can adjust their height as you like, making it easy to train high jumps in a gentle way. Thanks to their lightweight material, you can easily adjust or assemble and disassemble them without any help. If you no longer need the hurdle, you can take it apart again and store it compactly in the provided case. All in all, a top product and highly recommended for personal use!

Apart from the small locking levers, excellent.

The hurdle is sturdy, easy to transport, and can be set up in just three steps – recommended. What’s not so great is that the metal pins of the locking levers for the bar supports fall out. However, since the bar supports stay in place even without locking, it’s annoying but not a big deal.

Great, except for the bag.

The hurdle came as a bonus – it's really good. The poles are straight, the spike has a long plastic cover for when not in use, the pole holders are excellent, and the poles have end caps. Everything is great, but the bag broke after the first use. One seam tore open. The material used is very minimalist, which I already know from the slalom poles. It's actually a shame, as it could be so practical. Luckily, I have a sewing machine, so I'll probably sew myself a new one.
