It is hypoallergenic and made using just one source of animal protein. Tasty chicken is combined with just a handful of other, carefully selected ingredients. The food is enriched with all the vitamins and minerals your older cat needs.All James Wellbeloved pet foods are hypo-allergenic and use a single source of animal protein to help your pet avoid the misery of food intolerance. It is free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
James Wellbeloved Senior Hypoallergenic Chicken is a completely balanced cat food made of natural, wholesome ingredients that are specially selected to provide the nutritional goodness your pet needs:
- Chicken is gentle on the stomach and easily digestible.
- Brown and white Rice are highly digestible carbohydrate sources that are gentle on the stomach.
- Potato is a great source of non-meat protein and balances the amino acids in the meat/fish proteins.
- Carrots are an excellent source of natural fibre.
- Chicory is rich in inulin, which helps to maintain a healthy gut flora.
- Cranberries help maintain urinary tract health.
- Tomato is an excellent source of lycopene - the benefits of which are increasingly recognised.
- Yucca Extract is a natural deodoriser. Makes scooping the poop friendlier.
We suggest that the food be tried for a period of 3 to 8 weeks. If the signs of the food intolerance disappear, continue feeding indefinitely.
James Wellbeloved avoids using many of the ingredients renowned for causing food intolerances. This means James Wellbeloved cat and dog food and treats do not contain beef, pork, wheat or wheat gluten, dairy products, eggs or soya.

For Senior Cats
James Wellbeloved Senior 7+ Cat Hypoallergenic dry cat food is perfect for older cats with sensitive stomach. The food contains ingredients that support the health of older cats, such as glucosamine for joints and vitamins for immune system function. Chicken flavour is really delicious and my cat loves it. I received this product complimentary for testing purposes.

Crunchy
I was asked to test this product for free for my cats.It had a nice meaty smell to the biscuits and they were slightly smaller in size which is good for there teeth.I checked the ingredients on the back and full of healthy benefits would definitely buy again.

Quality
I tried my bubbles with these biscuits as he hasn’t had them for a while . He instantly emptied his bowl so surprised. Will definitely buy them again

Lots of health benefits for my cat
I tested this product for free. The ingredients all have various health benefits for my cat, so I felt very reassured that she was getting the best food. The chicken flavour was perfect as my cat loves chicken. Overall, I am very impressed with this dry cat food.

Good sized biscuits that have been much enjoyed
I was sent this bag of food for free in return for an honest review. This I am happy to do as I have two cats who are now classed as ‘Senior’. They took a while to show interest in these biscuits as they were not their usual ones but I notice seem to be really enjoying them now. The size of the biscuits is good, not too large for older cats to deal with. They are crunchy which my cats like and are providing a good change from wet food.

My cat initially walked away from this, so I thought it was going to be a no. However later in the day he did try some of it. He's 13 years old so his normal dried food is Hill's 11 plus and he does prefer this as his first option, but he is eating some of the JW chicken in between. Due to the JW being 7 plus rather than 11 plus I wouldn't be changing.

My cats are very fussy and I’m usually reluctant to try new products so when I was asked to try them on this food I was more than happy to. Poppy is an older cat at 13 so hypoallergenic is good for her and I was pleased to see rice and yucca in the ingredients as both contribute to a less stinky cat litter box! And she really enjoyed it - the biscuits are not too big or dense and our other cat enjoyed them too. I do intend to buy another bag.

Best quality
My cat loves Go Cat dry food but when I gave him this one he finished it in minutes, he wanted more but not to much. The quality is superb 👌. Definitely recommend this

My cat loved it!
My cat ran over as soon as he smelled the open packet and ate up the food quickly. I like that it is specially formulated for seniors and hypoallergic. Will be buying in the future! Received product for free for testing.

Well liked product
I was asked to test this cat food for free on my cat who is 9 years old. The food was accepted without any hassle or upset. Although my cat seemed to like this food, he wouldn’t accept just this food as a sole source of food. He’s used to wet food as well and did request the wet food even though this dry food was available for him at all times.

small and crunchy
I was asked to test this food and my fussy cat was not disappointed. The biscuits are very small but tasty. She is very keen to eat them which is a positive as she mostly only eats a few at a time. I chose the smaller pack but they are larger bags and although they are a little pricey, the ingredients seem to be balanced.

Great quality product
I received the product for free for my cats to try. I'm quite particular about the food I feed my cats especially now they are all senior. The first thing that caught my eye was the impressive ingredient list. The transition was a seamless process as my cats regularly change what they eat, so there were no gastrointestinal issues or picky eating, which can sometimes occur. I would recommend this as it is packed with high-quality proteins, vitamins, and minerals and all my cats loved it.

Cat really enjoyed it
My cat has been off biscuits for a while. Tried her with these and she has really seemed to enjoy them. She's an older lady and I think she liked the smaller size of the biscuits and they seem a bit softer so easier for her to eat. Will definitely purchase again
