Purizon is a high-quality dry food tailored to meet the nutritional needs of carnivorous cats. The special recipe for sterilised cats contains lamb and fish, which provide easily-digestible protein to help maintain lean muscle mass, as well as offering a delicious, nutritious meal. Your cat's teeth, jaws and short digestive tract are all optimally suited to processing protein from meat and fish. As well as vitamins and minerals, these proteins also provide your cat with essential amino acids. Fruit and vegetables have been included as additional sources of fibre and vitamins.Our recipes have been carefully revised by veterinarians and nutritionists to reflect the latest scientific findings - for consistently high quality, optimal nutrition and the familiar taste your pet knows and loves. The recommended feeding amounts are only guidelines and should be adapted to suit the individual needs (breed, age, temperament, activity level etc.) of your pet to ensure that it maintains an ideal body weight. When changing food, please introduce the new food gradually over a period of approx. two weeks. The food should be served dry. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and please make sure your pet always has fresh drinking water available.

The best - saved us, only sterilised cat dry food available on the market for our cat
One of my boys is allergic to chicken and there is NO dry food on the market for sterilised cats that won’t make him vomit till he has to be hospitalised because of the chicken content. It would ruin us if this were to be taken off the market. My other 2 boys also absolutely love it!

I got this because my cat is becoming a bit of a chungus, he actually prefers it to the original formula! It's reasonably priced and decent quality dry food, I'm very happy and will continue to buy this.

Won’t buy sterilised again
All my cats have been on the usual lamb & fish, had brilliant poops etc I accidentally bought 4 bags of sterilised, I thought ok should be fine, wrong! biscuits clearly very light compared to the usual one, it also gave most of my cats diarrhoea, lesson learnt and I now have 3 bags I can’t use.

They are not very keen.
All 3 of my cats love Purizon. It's virtually impossible to get them to eat anything else. Unfortunately this new Sterilised Lamb has not gone down well. Whilst they will eat the Sterilised Chicken, Turkey is less liked, but all 3 flatly refused Lamb. 2 have subsequently been persuaded by mixing it, but 1 just won't touch. It must taste very different.
It's a shame as I like to feed some Sterilised in winter when they are less active. Manufacturers please look again at the recipe.
