Please note:
When used with only one cat/dog, we recommend replacing the filter monthly. When used with two or more pets, more frequent replacement may be necessary as the filter could become clogged and this could lead to premature pump failure.
Note:
When used for multiple pets, we recommend replacing the top baffle with an additional filter element (sold separately) to extend the filter change intervals.

New filters

So, I got the plastic free filters and I was really happy to be using less plastic. But guess what. These new filters leave some weird residue almost like sand in my kitty’s water. I want my money back and I want better filters!!!!

Not sealed either individually or the box, sorry but I won't be able to trust them... Are they safe to use, I don't think so

These Filters Are Not Right

These filters are not sealed and they leave a terrible residue in the Cat Mate bowl. Something is seriously wrong.

Still the best fountain I have found

Still the best fountain I have found, my cats both drink so much more water now and these really help keep the motor clear of debris

This is one of the best water 'fountains' and my cats use it well, which is important for their health being fed a dry diet. I'm also in a hard water area,and limestone is a real problem which these filters keep in check.
