Misleading product photos
I ordered these products because I believed they were the same as the Whiskas food I usually buy for my cats. After delivery, I realised they were different varieties. My cats, Mani and TiTi, only like Whiskas 1+ Poultry Feasts in Jelly 96 x 85g, but they refused to eat any of these products. I had to donate all the food. Please make the product names, variants and photos clearer to avoid confusion.

I ordered Whiskas 1+ Pouches Mega Pack 96 x 85g recently and payed by bank transfer, but it has been cancelled for no apparent reason. I've had no refund and no email or any other communications about why this has happened to me.

I was given this good for free after submitting my receipt . I have 2 cats snd they both agree that this food is really tasty and they love eating it . They prefer the fish ones but happily eat the meat variety

Very surprised
This was my first order, as https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.zooplus.co.uk only gave the website 3.4 stars it had red reviews dotted around.. I was nervous to hand over money… but everything was fine, both the two packs of cat food arrived in perfect condition and in good time! I will definitely be ordering from here again as long as the prices stay good. Very pleased.
Very difficult to get out of the pouch
Compared to the jelly version, this stuff is extremely difficult to get out of the pouch.
Much of it is left in the pouch and therefore wasted.
A poor product which will not be repurchased.
New Whiskas for my two!
My cats are inconsistent at the best of times but were never interested in Whiskas until they changed the recipe. Now they’ve been on it for months and still good! I know a lot of folk whose cats have gone off it since the change so I consider myself lucky!
