Surprised at the Content...
We brought this for our new kittens, however upon opening the tin's we found the product to be totally rock hard. It was as if the food was baked into a brick. I literally had to scrape at the food to get some out into a bowl and it had a nasty grainy gritty texture. This was kitten food apparently but our adult cats even turned there nose up at it. How are kittens with new tiny teeth supposed to chew through that? might as well have given them gravel. Super disappointed...

Kittens loved it!
My two weren't eating much of Felix per serving and instead taking a few bites then grazing over time. I wanted to feed them a better quality food for meat content as they grow anyway, this is brilliant! Yes its more expensive but you get more meat and larger portions generally, smells so much better, looks a lot less processed too. Kittens loved it, I've never seen them eat so much in one sitting!

Misleading product
While the product had good ingredients listed, I was disappointed to find out all cans had about 30% of the inside filled with jelly. My kitten usually eats everything and isn't fussy about food, but not in this case, he ate some of this very reluctantly after leaving it out for an hour. There are much better products for the price, e.g. Wild Freedom.

Great quality
My cat has IBD, but he is doing really well on this food plus hypoallergenic dry food (Royal Canin's). He loves the beef one, and also the duck, turkey and chicken combo one. It's high in meat so he doesn't need a lot, he is 14 but has a wonderful coat and looks well.

Recipe changed
I have been buying Mac's mono sensitive for years. It used to be great! The last batch however looks and smells differently, the consistency has changed as well and it's now like a pate. My cat is not impressed, sniffed it and walked away...😿. What is happening to Zooplus? The milk I used to buy is no longer available, wet food is of bad quality, is it time to change the supplier after 5 years of using the service?

They are expired!
My cat loves this food, its only one that he eats but from last couple of orders we are recive rotten food, its only the beef one but we have to throw to bin about 20 cans.. definitely would not order them anymore

Species appropriate, tasty diet
Cats are obligatory carnivores and should never ever be fed dry food. This wet food is good quality at a lower price. It contains primarily meat and animal by-products. It is supplemented with 1500mg taurine, which is on the higher end of the desirable content. It does have additives like cranberries or potatoes depending on the flavour - those are generally not needed in a cat diet, but they are here at low enough, acceptable concentration - My cat loves it too!

Used to be great but changed recipe
I have been using this for years. My cat used to love it. Since the manufacturer changed the recipe it's awful and she won't even touch it. I had to throw away a few tins. It used to smell amazing and fresh and now it smells horrible and sometimes even off.

Not very happy! My cat used to love the food, but after they have changed the recipe it won’t go anywhere near it. It looks that they use cheaper meat and a lot of fat. Why to fix something that is not broken or try to cut corners. Very poor decision from the manufacturer. Now we have to look for a different brand.

Ordered kitten food. He's got diarrhoea after he eat this, vomiting looking poorly few days after he eat it. I'm frustrating and feel guilty that I let him eat this disgusting thing.

Stale.
Ordered kitten pack x6 200gr. When opened first can was smelly so I throw away and opened another one was the same smell so give it to my kitten he eat and now he had diarrhoea and he was vomiting all night ! My kitten is 7months old now and never had any tummy problem. Gonna make claim. As probably have to go to the vet with this poot kitten now. I'll try to attached Pic of the can food STRAIGHT away after opened!

Recipe isn't always the same
Very frustrating as the Salmon and Chicken sometimes contains more salmon making it smell fishier and browner in colour. My very fussy Ragdoll will only eat this brand in the above flavour. So when the cans fishier she won't touch it ending in a lost of wastage. I could wish they'd be more consistent with the production.
