Excellent supplement food

My cat and I love this tinned food but it is inconsistent in contents, which I guess is tricky to control. When it’s mainly meat and broth my cat is happy but he hates the tins with lots of rice. The meat looks and smells like human grade tuna. Keeps my Maine Coon happy and thats the important thing. I feed alongside Concept for Life dry (Sensitive) as my cat has a finicky stomach.

My boy eat from 3 years this food now they changed the look and I think the recipes he stop eating and we don’t know what happened They look different inside no same like before Specially seaweed,prawns all very disappointed

Thumbs-up for Mackerel + Sardine

It's great to have these 2 very healthy fish together to balance out all the tuna our fishoholic cats eat! Usual Applaws quality + the texture is lovely and crumbly - no hard compaction - so its easy to serve. Just as well because it soon gets eaten up!

The most appetizing looking cat food yet

My little FIV cat has been on applaws since I got him last July. He needs to be on quality food and the higher high meat content foods are either inconvenient to store of to costly or both. Applaws still seems to be good quality high meat/fish content but is still affordable and easy to store in tins. My cat loves it (although he is very greedy and willl try anything and everything and eat it. But my own reaction when I opened the first tin which was Chicken and cheese was ' wow, I'd eat that'

Half Right

CHANGED RECIPE?!

Like others I have of course noticed a lot of rice, some very large lumps. Very disappointed with Applaws. Customers are very astute, they notice changes. My cat is still eating this but I'm not happy with reduction in tuna and increase in rice. I have ordered some more but I will be looking around for a better deal.

Too much slop and rice

Used to be a great food, cats loved it. Now, like other reviews, it has become insubstantial and contains far too much rice (can't remember the last time I saw cats raiding a paddy field). Poor value, and the slop goes down down the plughole as saturated texture makes cats vomit. Not on my shopping list now.

My kittens’ favourite

I have 2 Norwegian Forest kittens…one 1.5 years old, the other 5 months old. They go absolute nuts for this…they love all varieties though i tend not to give them ones with cheese as it upsets their tummy. Their favourite are tuna with prawns and chicken with pumpkin. I only give them as a treat in addition to their Royal Canin kibble though cats eat meat in the wild so in my mind these alone should be complete but I’m new to this so don’t know much! I give them both!

Too much broth

I’ve bought this product for quite while now . I didn’t mind paying more for because my 2 cats loved our , But now I’ve found like some over customers , its half broth, half what ever variety you’ve chosen . Is the price going to half now , this is happening . Didn’t the Applaws realise people would suddenly notice what they had done . 🤔

Always an empty bowl

Too watery

Our MC Hopper used to wolf this down, but the last batch we purchased was watery and insubstantial. It used to be more like a human grade can of no drain tuna. You can't even drain this as it all smooshes out the can with the liquid. Very disappointed.
