LEGAL CONDITIONS:
To receive exclusive promotions, offers, rewards and birthday greetings, based on the Data provided through the Pet Profile, the user must be subscribed to the zooplus newsletter and create a pet profile in his/her account area accepting the intellectual property and pets data rights of use.
BIRTHDAY:
The user will receive a birthday card and a gift of 250 zooPoints for their pet if they enter the birthday date in the pet's profile in the My Pet Profile section of their account. If the user has more than one pet profile, they will only receive a birthday gift for the pet whose profile was created first in that account.
To receive a gift, greeting card and other benefits, the user must subscribe to the zooplus newsletter and consent to the use of their pet's data.
Users who are not subscribed to the zooplus newsletter will still receive the birthday gift coupon directly in their My Coupon Page, but they will not receive any email or other communication about this incentive.
The birthday gift can be redeemed within 60 days of receiving the email (or, for non‑newsletter subscribers, within 60 days of the coupon appearing in My Coupon Page) on the website where the pet's profile was created.
This gift is limited to a maximum of once per year per user. In the event of the death of the pet(s), the user will not receive a voucher for the deceased pet(s). The birthday gift will then be given to the next living pet with a birthday in that year, unless the user has already received a birthday gift in that year.
zooplus reserves the right to change or amend the terms of participation, rewards or other processes described in these Terms of Participation in the Birthday Gift Program at any time.
