Pricey, but the best
I have ferrets who have several trays around the house. This is the only fluid that consistently rids the house of smells. The cats also pee on a curtain in the hall which this also deals with. Unlike other cleaning fluids it has no strong smell that can become as horrible and annoying as the pee and poop smell. I would give it 5 starts, but for the expense.

Excellent product
My female dog kept urinating in the same area in the house and we tried everything to stop her. This item really works, I just wish I had known about it earlier.

Odour and stains from urine spots
I'm happy with this product.. I spray it on old urine spots and afterwards you really can't smell the urine anymore. On damp urine spots, I spray after blotting. The product itself has a pleasant, mild scent.

Very good result
I tried Bactador on a spot where an unpleasant animal smell lingered even after cleaning. After using it and letting it dry, the smell was noticeably reduced and the area felt much fresher again. Excellent!
I am incredibly satisfied with the Bactador Odour and Stain Remover. The product is easy to use and is especially good at getting rid of unpleasant smells and, above all, stains. Very pleasant scent
