Royal Canin gastrointestinal dog food
Came across this food by accident at a vets visit as they were using it as a treat. My dog who doesn’t normally take food from anyone decided to try it and liked it. I ordered some from zooplus and all 6 of my French bulldogs love it. The first food I’ve come across that they all like.

Used as emergency food when upset stomachs arise
My frenchie was advised to take this for a few days when she had an upset stomach. She had lost her appetite too but she did eat this. It helps immediately and we also give her a probiotic paste. We then switched back to her regular food (Simpsons) but recently she's been advised to stay on this for 3-4 weeks and gradually reintroduce her old food.

Perfect for sensitive tummies
My whippet occasionally had loose poo and gas. Always used Royal Canin since she was a puppy. Swapped to their Gastro Intestinal as recommended by vet and never looked back. She is now a very healthy 9 year old but still looks and acts like a youngster.

Palatable and healthy, does contain poultry
Put my new rescue dog straight on this as he had loose stools despite worm and giardia treatment. He loved it, and it made his coat shiny. It didn’t help firm up the stools though. On vet’s advice I switched him onto Royal Canin Hypoallergenic food and we had perfect poos within 24 hours. Not a criticism of the food - just that if you suspect a sensitivity, go straight to anallergenic. Zooplus were great and refunded the big bag of GI I bought.
Use a puzzle feeder, kibble size is very small.

Best dry food for dogs with stomach problems
My westie has been on the Gastrointestinal biscuits for a very long time and since he has been on them his stomach issues have improved immensely and he’s overall very fit and well and has bundles of energy even though he’s 10 years old

Excellent dog food
My dogs love this food. After a long period of searching for a dog food that didnt give our whippets an upset stomach, we finally came across Royal Canin gastro intestinal which they tolerate very well. Our dogs are doing very well on it and one had actually now put on a bit oh weight as they were very thin whippets. Highly recommend, edpecially for dogs with dodgy tummies and it actually smells quite pleasant which is a bonus for dog owners too.

Beneficial Gastro intestinal
My vet recommended I keep my Border Collie on the gastrointestinal food and it has made a real difference. As well as the wet version for his main meal I now give him this dry version as a substitute for reduced treats. It is good to be able to give him something with a crunch!

TRANSFORMATIVE
My dog has always had a sensitive stomach and a couple of years ago was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome and the vet recommended RC GI 25. My dog experienced the benefits of this virtually immediately, returning at the age of 8 years to her former bouncy puppy-like self. Always a picky eater, she loves this food too!

Great product
My Jackapoo has suffered with bouts of colitis since a pup! Of which I was able to manage but recently it became really bad. My vet suggested this food and so far the colitis has settled down.I will order from Zooplus in the future as the vets pricing was very expensive..... like £7 more .

Excellent product
Highly recommend this product. Our JRT was diagnosed with Pancreatitis and has improved dramatically after we introduced him to this. Also, he really seems to love the taste!

This food has turned my dog around
My dog had stopped eating his previous food and was in fact bringing up bile as a result. Royal Canin Gastro Intestinal was recommended by my vet. He now loves his food and regularly clears his bowl which he never did. Unfortunately it was a lot more expensive than my previous brand. Zooplus provided exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price and it was delivered very quickly!

Anti-Grass-Eating Feed
My dog (9 years old) started having more digestive problems, even though he’s been used to everything since he was a puppy. BARF, raw fruit, home-cooked meals, fresh green deer tripe (he’s a hunting dog), canned food, dry food – you name it. For a while, he was vomiting yellow slime early in the morning, and even giving him food late at night didn’t help much. This food, given in the evening, is an absolute game changer. No more vomiting, and especially no more eating grass – my dog is doing well again.

Very satisfied
Whenever my Rotti has digestive issues, I give him this dry food for a few days and everything is fine again 👍 When we're on holiday or travelling, this is the only food he gets!

Kindness
The kibble smells nice and our dogs really love it. We got a recommendation from our vet and I have to say, his words came true, literally. Our "boys" have sensitive stomachs and the Royal Canin Veterinary Canine Gastrointestinal kibble suits them perfectly in every way. Brilliant. We highly recommend it. Plus, the order is always handled excellently :-)

Package cut open again
I am very disappointed with this purchase. The delivery arrived, and the original packaging of the dry food was already cut open (or damaged/easy to open). That’s not just unhygienic, it immediately raises questions about the safety and freshness of the product.
If the original seal is broken, you have no idea how long the food has been exposed to air or whether it was contaminated during transport. For me, that’s an absolute no-go.

Good for sensitive stomachs
I've found this to be excellent for dogs prone to loose stools or diarrhoea. It's a permanent fixture in our household.
