Dogs loved them and royal Canin quality.
I have my two doberman dogs on this food...they are both in excellent condition...they coats are like gloss...when I am out walking with them people stop and comment on their coats. They are so satisfied when they have had their meals and love this food. Highly recommend it
Saffi (German Shepherd) love it!
I have been using this for my German Shepherd for years now. He's healthy, has a beautiful coat & good stools. I highly recommend this product.

Freddy our 2year old old English sheepdog loves this dry food. We started him on junior and now on maxi adult. The price is excellent and always take advantage when zoo plus has the free 3kgs with a 15 kg bag. To buy it in. Freddys teeth are great his breath fresh and he has lots of energy. We and Freddy are very happy with it.
Rocky my 4 year german shepherd loves it is eaten as soon as i put it down only gos to loo once a day, wont ever change it
My two huskies would pick royal canin over any other dry dog food.
Got two German Shepard dogs one18 months old and one 12years been giving them royal canin maxi adult now for about 2 years both dogs love it and had no problems
Having tried various dried foods, some more expensive, I settled on Royal Canin about 3 years ago. No digestion problems, glossy coat, bags of energy - and that's just the dog! Very competitive price & excellent service from Zooplus.
My flat coat loves the Royal Canin. She has loads of energy and is healthy. People comment on how shiny her coat is.
Have used this for both our Bernese Mountain dogs, coats always look good, biscuits not too big, dogs have loved them.
When my labrador retired from being a explosive detection dog, he had been eating this food all his life, i was a bit worried about continuing as its really expensive but then i found zooplus!! Cj is nearly 10 and eaten this since he was 1, he thrives on it, beautiful coat, sparkling teeth and an all round healthy happy dog!! I wont ever change his food!!
Was concerned my gsd would not take to it as she was fussy after we adopted her but she took to it so well. No complaints so far and zooplus price is far the best around.
I have a 16month old Serbian Dobermann. He has a very funny tummy. When I purchased him he was on "Pedigree" and was not in very good condition. I then placed him on "James Well Beloved' he started putting on weight but never had a Normal stool on JWB. I then switched to a Raw diet and he lost 4kg in a few weeks, he was very picky with the food and was just eating it for the sake of it! Scary. I have then just purchased Royal Canin Maxi Adult and the minute I put the food down it was gone in a second! He loves it! I will update in a few weeks time :)
Ok so I research until I'm comfortable that the four legged family member is getting the best for the price. I have tried all the so called top end foods and can say with certainty that this is the only one which gives consistent results in my dog! I would gladly spend the sometimes unbelievable prices for dog food if I thought it was doing any good, but believe me when you pay a small fortune and then have a dog who has the runs after a mere few handfuls of food is not much fun. And the rations on these top end foods leave a lot to be desired. To me Royal canin is for anyone who has a GSD and is struggling with digestion issues etc, overall my dog is a picture of health, shiny coat, lovely temperament and no eye/teeth issues etc, now this in part to getting her from a great and respected breeder, but the food plays a massive role in her wellbeing. The only other food option better would be RAW, and I refuse to feed that for many reasons inc salmonella around the house and grounds! Royal Canin from me is 9/10, it would get 10 but I feel they should just have a little bit more transparency in their meat processing etc but hey can't have it all Oh and btw in my opinion dogs are not wolves and even the German shepherd has adapted and been domesticated to eat other items than meat! Zoo plus do 10/10 from me in terms of service and delivery
We are trying this food for the following reasons: our puppy picks at the current food we give her (normal brand from a supermarket) and then can be really frantic and tbh mental at times knocking the kids over, it's like she's got ADHD. She is pooing still around 6 times a day!! Plus she is often doing loose poos. This is a pita and I've checked every other possible cause and I can only guess it's the food. She smells within a few hours of being bathed and moults like crazy. Her coat looks ok but it's not shiny. Today is day 1, I was surprised how little she is supposed to eat and just gave her her half portion for tea. Well I have never seen her eat ANYTHING so fast. I will post again in a fortnight to update the situation on all of the above.
I've got a 2.5 year old Hungarian Wiredhaired Vizsla, who was losing weight just after a year, though he always had looser stools in this initial puppy year. In hindsight I think this was down to him being given snacks as treats, especially rawhhide ones; maybe I was overloading his tummy. I then had enzyme tests run on him to the tune of over £1000 at the vets and given a hypoallergenic food which worked and stabilised him but which cost £80 a 15kg bag. Allhis tests came back OK but I discovered he was on the lower end of a scale but within range for digestive sensitivities. I then tried a sensitive version of this Royal Canin there was no success then inadvertently ordered the normal one. This sorted him out and hes gained weight to a lovely 32kg dog with no more ribs showing. I would definitely recommend this product.
Brilliant food, they digested it well, beautiful coats and great value.
Wouldn't feed my irish setter anything else. He is the picture of health, shiny, happy, content. 2 years old now, the breeder said royal canin, so have kept him on this. its the db's of dog food
My Doberman loves eating this stuff. We've tried other foods but they gave him stomach ache. This is the best food we've bought, so we're sticking with it.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone. My Old English Sheepdog had digestion and bad tummy problems as a pup and we tried all sorts of "natural" and high quality foods to try to find one that he would settle on to no avail. The vet put him on the "vet sensitive" Royal Canin for a few months and then after this period we decided to try a "normal" variety that was available in pet shops etc. We chose the "Maxi Junior" variety purely by chance and then when he reached 15 months switched on to this variety and would never look back. He absolutely loves it, booth as a meal and as treats. His digestion and tummy are both excellent, he is full of energy and in tip top condition. This is a great product and I suggest that you definitely give it a go!
My Labrador does very well with this food, we're very happy with it.
