Royal Canin German Shepherd Puppy

I've researched different types of dog food and decided to go with this one for our puppy. I've been told that GS can have sensitive stomach but since his on this food there's no stomach upsets and his coat is nice and shiny.

When we got our GSD puppy, we tried many expensive foods after looking on the ‘all about dog food website’. Well what a load of rubbish that website is! I wish we had gone with Royal Canin from the start. It ticks every box! Our GSD absolutely loves it and thrives on it. He will be on it for life.

My young male GSD went onto this once off the early food. 13 months now and still eats with same enthusiasm. Strong, healthy, great coat, and no stomach issues at all. Will go to Royal Canin adult at 16 months. This is a terrific product.

As with many other reviews I have read, I took on my 10month GSD and she refused many brands, now I know this intelligent breed can make you serve up what they like but a dog only smells the protein and goodness so this brand works well, lovely coat no stomach problems, and with all things in life spend more and save in the long run, lee Vet visits 👌

I have stayed away from this "breed specific" brand for years with previous dogs, assuming it was just an expensive gimmick. However with our new GSD (currently 7 months) we have tried and failed with so many dried foods, until finally our vet recommended this. So reluctantly I gave it a shot and wow! Immediate difference in appetite, weight gain and stool quality. He's now wolfing down every meal and is up to expected weight for the first time after only a month on this food. Highly recommended

Hi, I am usually happy with Zooplus products, but this time the Royal Canine kibble bag was already split open down the middle when it arrived in the box when I opened the cardboard box . So that impacts on how fresh the product is and likely to remain. Not happy

My vet told me to come back onto royal canin, we went onto wainwrights and he dropped weight and then we changed back on to this royal canin espcecialy for German shepherd puppies and he’s put on weight he’s healthy chunky and has an amazing coat. He’s been on it for roughly 6 months and he’s still going strong on it. Although it’s pricey it’s worth it because it has all the goodness in it my puppy needs to grow the best he can:-)

I was feeding my puppy on a different brand when I first got her at 9 weeks and she just wasn't thriving as she should have been. Changed to gsd junior food for the last 10 weeks or so and I can't believe the change in her. She looks amazing and her poops are much better! Would highly recommend this product.

I think this is the best food for a young German Shepherd my boy looks great on it always feed it to my young dogs

When we first got our GSD at 8 weeks, The breeders were feeding him human food such as mash potato and gravy, so when we first brought him home do you think we could convince this pup to eat any normal dry dog food, even when mixed with a wet food he would turn his nose up at his bowl, after several weeks at trying different ways and all different suggestions from others to get him to eat his food, I purchased this product and hoped that my little fussy eater would take to it.... Even when the bag arrived and we tore it open he was excited by the smell, started to introduce it slowly with his old dry food and would notice he would pick out all of the new food and leave all of his old. Every single meal without fail we have a wagging tail and an empty bowl. Would highly recommend

Always feed our GSDs pups and adults on this food, it's the best Brilliant GSD feed. Everyone remarks on how our dogs look so much better then any other they see.

My pup was on maxi and maxi active both excellent but from poo he was lacking some.essentials Now.on.his breed specific food gsd this is gr8 and has helped with hunger energy poo and coat. My 9 week pup is very tall and muscular already. Best priced high end brand too. Best price is here on zooplus 77 for 2 12kg

We don't have to offer her food, Jupi eats it on her own. With previous versions of the food, we had to feed her by hand.

Unfortunately, my old German Shepherd puppy (10 weeks old) won’t eat this food on its own. I always have to mix in some canned food, sausage, or something similar. It’s a shame. Now I have to finish this opened bag somehow.
