Purizon Original Venison with Rabbit Adult – Grain-free

Only just started on this as my dog has arthritis young, so needed something that had more protein. She can be rather fussy but she was eating this out of the box as I was pouring it in so was a big yes from her.

My dogs have been on this food for years which makes up about 50% of their diet (the other 50% is raw). They even like it as a training treat too and it is easy to eat for my elderly dog that has half her teeth missing too. I can highly recommend it.

My Cocker Spaniel is fine on the lamb but the Venison & Rabbit too rich and caused terrible tummy issues as poo turned yellow!

I have alternated between this food in a variety of flavours and Simpsons food, the appeal of Purizon was that I could vary the flavour. What I have found is that it has given them more gas, the rabbit and venison one is deadly and I have two 60kg fart machine Mastiffs!!! They do love the food but the smell for the wife and I is intolerable!

They all LOVE it, it smells wonderful and they really find it appetising. My dogs range from 8kg to 36kg and it's a perfect size kibble, large, flat and lightly crispy so even my little guy can cronch it easily. Sadly although it suits nearly all my dogs' digestion, it goes straight through my GSD mastiff cross who has a sensitive tummy and cannot get on with any kibble it seems. They're raw fed once a day but they have a handful of kibble in the morning to stave off hunger till eve meal.

After ordering this type of food for a long time, with our latest order of two new bags we noticed the kibble was greasier, and my dogs had stomach problems the whole time I fed them this food. Trying to help them, we switched to another type of food from the same brand (cold-pressed), but later had to stop that as well—because they changed the recipe, replacing fresh turkey meat with turkey meal. I will no longer order or recommend this brand.

After a month, it ended with visits to the vet, diarrhoea, vomiting, terrible gas! I ordered the previous food from this company, which didn’t cause these problems, just hoping the manufacturer hasn’t ruined all their foods! Because Purizon is quite a good brand for small dogs, the small kibble is easy to chew.

Great food for two active German Shepherds. They love their kibble. Their coats are really shiny and they have loads of energy throughout the day. Top quality!

My dog has been eating this brand of kibble for a few years now, she loves it and digests it really well. No more diarrhoea like with her previous kibble.

I have a little 11-year-old Yorkie with serious intestinal problems, so I chose grain-free kibble. Since I started giving her Purizon Fish, no more diarrhoea at all—she handles her two meals really well. Highly recommended.

For 9 years, I've only had good experiences with this food.

I buy Jutifalat for our two Bichon Havanese dogs 😁 It must be tasty, because it's a joy to listen to them crunching it. They really love it. For regular meals, the pieces are a bit too big for us.

One of my dogs gained a lot of weight from it and my other dog kept having diarrhoea. We switched to a different brand/food and now everything is fine.

The other kibbles were great. With these, they smell a lot and poop a lot. I find this strange because I also feed pure meat, like rabbit, for example.

My dog really liked the product I bought.

The texture is good, the size of the kibble is just right, and it doesn’t smell bad either—my dogs love it. I have four dogs, from a dachshund to a German shepherd. They love trying anything new.
