I adopted a 10yr old dog from abroad in Jan. Her teeth were caked in thick tartar, and I was surprised she was able to eat properly. After 2.5 weeks of this (a few in her meals), some chicken wrapped twists, + only 2 fishskin rolls, it's all broken off revealing good teeth underneath. The nuggets are HUGE, but she manages them fine. I cannot be certain which has been most effective, but I'd recommend giving them a go. Just 10% of their diet is enough to make a difference, says a vet friend.

I use these as treats. It works so so well. I recently rescued a dog and his teeth were pretty brown. After 4 months the whole thing is gone. Disappeared. His teeth are white again.

The chunks are perfect for our Bernese Mountain Dog, but unfortunately, he doesn't tolerate the grain. For this reason, we had to stop using the food as his main meal and now give the chunks as treats in between, which works well. We hope it still helps against tartar.

Okay, we might be missing out on the trendy proteins, but our pets will forget all about ulcers, gingivitis, abscesses and those dreaded tooth extractions! It arrived really quickly and in perfect condition. Dolça loves the taste and eats it with great enthusiasm. Despite her large size, she can chew them perfectly without any problem. Plus, it’s doing exactly what we wanted: now she eats more slowly because she has to chew properly, which also helps with dental cleaning. We’re really happy with the result.
