Fur looks and feels amazing
My normally fussy 6 year old DDB Akita Mix enjoys this kibble and her fur is absolutely amazing , in all the 6 years of having her I've never known her fur to be so soft. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

My elderly dogs stomach can't tolerate meat but he is ok with fish so this ideal for him & he loves it so much he gets excited at meal times

Dog had diarea straight after had a food, also put weight on since had this type of food, avoid unless wish dog to put weight on

Excellent value
My rescue dog has digestive issues where it doesn't tolerate meat so for 9 years I've had him on a dry food specially created for him which was veggie & grain only with chicken flavouring, then he developed an allergy to grain so this food has turned out perfect for him, no more tummy problems & he loves it, he is 18 years old now so I'm hoping this will last the rest of his lifetime without issues

Damaged packaging on delivery
This is an excellent product and my German Shepherd loves this. I mix with wet food or fresh meat and veg and he always clears his bowl. The only issue I have been experiencing is on delivery the packaging has been burst twice. I did contact Zooplus but never received a response

Very good food
I have a Japanese Akita with a very sensitive stomach. Since I give this food I don’t have any problem and his coat looks amazing.

My French bulldog won't touch these kibbles, when he sniffs them he backs away....

You have a problem with the supplier.
The product is great and I’ll keep buying it, but I’ll probably look for it on another site from now on because the delivery company you use is absolutely terrible.
They send a notification email on the same day as the delivery??? How am I supposed to plan to receive my order if I only get notified on the day itself?
Of course, I didn’t manage to pick up my delivery and the courier told me I’d get it the next day. Surprise – I didn’t receive it the next day either.

Not nutritious enough
My dog had this food for about 2.5 months because I wanted to give her an affordable grain-free option. From the start, she wasn't a fan of the taste. But then I noticed her coat getting thinner, her stools became irregular, and her energy levels dropped. A month ago, I switched to Eukanuba (sea fish) and the difference is huge. She eats with appetite, has more energy, and her coat is soft and full again. So, it seems to me that this food didn't provide her with enough nutrients.

Perfect

My Dogo Canario is very sensitive and I tried loads of different kibbles without any success. Then I gave these a go, not really expecting much, and miracle! Simba has been loving them for 3 years now and I recommend these kibbles to everyone.

Significant digestive issues (pain and loose stools)
Very disappointing experience with these kibbles. I have two female dogs and both reacted badly.
For one, her stools became very dry and crumbly, which shows poor digestion. For the other, it was even more obvious: she ended up refusing her bowl because the kibbles were clearly giving her serious stomach pains.
The only way to get them to eat was to add peat to protect their digestive system. The high starch content

Too starchy, hard to digest
I tried these kibbles for my two dogs and the results were very negative in terms of digestion. One of them ended up refusing her bowl because of persistent stomach pains, while the other produces extremely dry stools that crumble apart. Even though there are no cereals, the potato content seems way too high for their digestion, causing uncomfortable fermentation. I had to add peat so the kibbles would be tolerated.
