It never leaves my dogs mouth.
For a dog who loves to run, this ball will go miles after a good arm throw. My dog won't chase anything else other than this orange 'kong on a rope'. He carries it round the house, takes it on walks and sleeps with it. Even if he manages to pull the rope out of the ball playing tug, we replace it with a larger washer inside. It certainly floats and is great for water. It's also extremely robust! I hope this product continues as my dog would be gutted without these!

Unfortunately, hardly suitable.
Unfortunately, the Kong is hardly suitable for my Jackbull bitch, as it’s quite large and she struggles to "grip" it with her mouth. She sometimes paddles around in circles forever trying to get the Kong, sometimes for so long that she almost goes under... not a pleasant experience for her.

It doesn't float.
Through this into my local lake 3 times, and on the third it sank and was gone. At £4 a retrieve I don't think it represents good value for money.

For the money, I expected something better.
The Kong itself is very sturdy, but unfortunately, the rope broke after just a few days, and the foam filling already looks quite worn, as if it's disintegrating. The Kong is, of course, still being used, but without the throwing cord, it's only half as fun. At the same time, I bought the Boomer Aqua Football, which is almost half the price, and it's still completely intact. Advantage of the Kong: Softer material. Advantage of the Boomer: More durable, no filling.

Kong is great, rope is rubbish.
The Kong is of the usual good quality, virtually indestructible, but unfortunately, the same can't be said for the attached rope. Just one walk using it, and the rope was done for. No surprise, as the rope is made of rather hard plastic. If you're thinking, "I'll just thread another rope through the hole," tough luck – you can't, as the inside of the Kong is filled with a soft plastic to make it float in water.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product!!!

Brilliant!!!
We've had lots of different swimming toys before, but the Aqua Kong beats them all. It's also a fantastic toy on land. Highly recommended! And at this price, you can easily afford two a year. That's why I can't understand the complaints about the rope. Under 10 euros to buy... but it's supposed to last ten years or what?! Anyway, I'm thrilled, and my Doberman absolutely loves the Kong.

Unsinkable! Kong resurfaces quickly - including the rope.
I have a young diver. She swims and plays in the water, sometimes pushing her things down with her paws and then catching them underwater like fish – a few swimming toys have ended up staying at the bottom (caught in plants or stuck in the mud). However, the Aqua Kong always comes back up, and the rope floats brilliantly too.

Great toy
I'm quite satisfied with the Kong toy. The quality of the ball is, as always, outstanding and top-notch.
Unfortunately, this doesn't apply to the rope, which starts to tear after just 1-2 tug games. Hence, only 4 stars.

Great training toy
Great and sturdy toy, but after 3 months our German Shepherd managed to destroy the Kong Aqua, so we need a new one! Though, to be fair, it doesn’t claim to be indestructible in the description :-). Anyway, thanks to the Kong, walks have become much more relaxed.

Super, if only...
Always the same annoying string problem...
The item itself is good, but the Kong lasts longer than the string it's attached to... unfortunately, as so often... 😔
However, the item lasted almost a year for me :) I was very satisfied, since the string problem will generally always persist...

Water fun
My Goldie loves playing passionately with his Lab friend in/at the lake with the Kong. Unfortunately, the cord doesn’t hold up very well, and after replacing it, it’s not quite as buoyant anymore.

Panchito loves the Kong Aqua
He now only goes into the water with the Kong and even swims for it. I'm very satisfied; we've had the Kong for over a year now.

Super, if the strap were tighter
As usual, Kong quality, but unfortunately not with the strap. It's a great toy, but the strap was almost chewed through in a short time during normal use.

Kong Aqua
This is my Bernese Mountain Dog's absolute favourite toy. We haven’t tested it in water yet, but he loves taking it everywhere with him – whether in the garden or on walks. I think it’s great too because it’s already about a year old and still looks as good as new! Other toys haven’t lasted nearly as long! ;)

Fantastic!
This is the first water toy that my dog has had and what a hit it was!He loves to swim and the cord allows me throw it quite a distance.A good shape for dogs to catch(smaller dogs seem to struggle with balls in water)and now a beloved toy.Fantastic

Favourite toy
My German Shepherd mix loves the Aqua Kong!!!
I had previously tested various other toys, especially during walks. He quickly abandoned all of them or chewed through them too fast.
Due to his heavy and strong chewing, I switched to Kong Extreme... so far, it's the only toy that really withstands his teeth for a long time (though even with that, he managed to chew off the first "ring" after some time). He liked those, but they always sank while swimming and became impossible to find.
After trying a few other swimming toys, I discovered the Aqua Kong... since then, my dog doesn’t want anything else during walks. He carries the toy himself the whole time and only puts it down for throwing. He splashes around with it and almost never lets it go; if he does, he quickly retrieves it since it floats.
The cord is a bit uncomfortable to hold during tug-of-war, and my dog chews out the stuffing and the cord relatively quickly. After that, it becomes "just" a toy for playing at home in the yard.
Overall, though, I’m completely satisfied because this toy visibly makes my dog happy :)
I’m happy to buy a new one every 3-4 months for that reason.

Still the number 1, even after years!
Our Doberman has loved this ball for years like no other. This is actually the third ball (our own fault – lost it in the field, pulled the cord off, or forgot it), but it’s always a favourite and gets used often – unbeatable in water! Perfect for throwing with active dogs – it flies really far. Size – perfect for our Dobi.

Unfortunately, only available in large.
It's a shame that the Aqua Kong isn't available in a smaller size. The large one is really ridiculously big and heavy, which poses a risk of injury if it hits the dog.

very sturdy
I’ve had similar products in the "cheap version" before, but unfortunately, they didn’t last long. This Kong is getting the ultimate test! Every walk involves extensive fetch and tug games, and the Doberman isn’t exactly gentle with it. He absolutely loves it!
