My dog bit into this the first time I gave it to him whilst under supervision. I would not recommend it for dogs who like to chew - the material is too soft.

Just about to buy another but price increased by £5 in less than a month. Disappointed

I have 2x german shorthaired pointers and they love taking this ball to the dog field,the large size makes it much easier to find than a tennis ball and it has held up well to play and chewing

My Staffy X Mastiff 18 months destroys all toys. She loves this. Easy to get off of her when she wants you to play with it but can’t bring herself to drop it! …. It can be taken out mouth easily to throw. The little grooves allow for small mouths to hold on tight too!! Best ball we have had. She has chewed at it and left marks but it’s still a ball, still in one piece and is still useable!!

My young dog (Labrador mix) absolutely loves this ball. He plays with it extensively every day. Advantage: It doesn’t make as much noise as a football or handball, and it lasts much longer. Disadvantage: Don’t leave it lying around for hours in the summer heat (35°C+) under direct sunlight. After just one day on our south-facing terrace, the ball turned into a cube.

Best retrieving toy for my ball-crazy 50kg German Shepherd. It’s extremely durable—I only need about 3 balls per year, even though we use them daily. It’s definitely not a chew toy for solo play, but it’s also not advertised as one.

My Malinois lady has had it for a while now—normally she destroys everything, but she plays with this one intensively, even took it on holiday, and it’s still going strong.

Based on the description, I expected it to last a bit longer. It took ours less than 5 minutes to break it.

My dog loves this ball and so do I because it can't be punctured, so it lasts really well over time. I find it really sturdy when it's new. However, like most products made from these materials, if it stays outside for a while, it starts to weaken with changes in temperature (rain, sun, etc.) and the dog can end up tearing it apart.

I expected more from a Kong product. It was already broken after 5 minutes.

The openings are great for the dog's snout to grab onto and the material is sturdy. Chewing, tugging, throwing – none of it’s a problem.
