My dog broke this within a minute of using it. Cracked the outer cover making it sharp and dangerous

It broke within half an hour. Unfortunately, the light blue part that’s attached wasn’t fixed properly.

Bought it to keep our dog busy. Very satisfied with this product. Our dog really enjoys it. He rolls it all around the room and the food pellets come out in measured amounts. You can choose different settings for how quickly the pellets come out. Our dog is super happy with it. The downside is that the soft plastic on the side can be chewed through quite easily if you’re not watching. So keep an eye on your dog. When he’s finished playing, put it away in time. My tip would be to use sturdier plastic around it.
