Fireworks anxiety gone
Jinxxie is terrified of fireworks. Asked my vet for advice and these were the answer. As long as he's in and has one (open capsule, mix with licky lix) he sleeps through the event. Anytime he's been upset or extra anxious half a capsule calms him enough to sleep. He's a 5kg active cat and I use blue ones.
Great, but use with caution
This works great on my older cat. She’s had no issues.
However, if your cat is nervous or anxious because of territory aggression, it’ll make them much more aggressive. Found this out the hard way when I gave them to my younger cat. She became incredibly aggressive to older cat.
I googled and it’s a known side effect.
Just be aware of the type of anxiety before using, especially in a not necessarily harmonious multi-cat home

I've been using Zylkene for years now & swear by it. I see an immediate difference in my cats when they have eaten it in their food, great to support cats during anxious times. I love that it's a natural product, no chemicals & that it doesn't have any side effects or addictive qualities. The only thing I've noticed is if you don't use them fairly quickly, the powder does start to solidify, but if that happens the solidified powder can be moulded on to a treat & given that way! I love it.

It's OK
Firstly, having used this product daily for many years, I was astounded to see the cost on here! Over twice as much as I've recently paid, Zooplus! Not like you, why so?
I open one capsule into a Vitakraft liquid treat every night and it seems to calm my very anxious Bonnie somewhat.

life changing
My bonkers bengal has been on one a day for the last 7 years. There do not seem to be any long term effects and life is so much easier. I have tried taking him off them but he reverts straight away to hunting my little oriental cat again. Do try, it's made my life and the oriental cats' life almost stress free.

Will use these for life!
GREAT! I’ve used these previously as recommended by the vet (but they cost a lot more when they prescribed it than on Zooplus). It’s AMAZING! I know all cats can be different, but I would highly recommend trying these. I have found no other calming or stress relief works and she doesn’t like Feliway. These are great, easy to use, and my cat loves to eat it. The second it’s on her food bowl she goes straight over and eats it up! Highly recommend, great natural product with great effects.

Our male cat is an ex-stray and has always been nervous. After our other male cat was recently put to sleep, he started over-grooming his belly and chasing his tail. Feliway didn't help and having had a traumatic experience years ago with a previous cat prescribed Valium for tail chasing, I wanted to avoid medication. Within days of taking Zylkene he stopped chasing his tail & one month later his belly fur is starting to re-grow. Will continue using until the large,bald patch is gone.

Brilliant product
I have been given this to my nervous cat for a while and she has really improved, she use to lick herself so much that she gave herself bald patches and sores and now she has stopped this all together, this product is brilliant.

Our vet recommended this for my cat with stress-related cystitis, as he's generally highly strung and has a nervous personality. From the first time we dosed his food, this seemed to make him waaay more mellow! Will buy the two-pack next time.
This works
We have a cat who tends to be quite highly strung and she was over-grooming. Zylkene resulted in an improvement quite quickly and she now has a complete coat of fur. We tried to take her off it early on and she relapsed so she now has a low 'maintenance' dose but we aim to get her off it in due course. Stick with it - it will take time but it does work. We mix it with lick-e-lix, but whatever your cat loves will work.

It works!
My beautiful rescue Maine Coon cross had been badly treated before I found her. After 3 years of love and patience, she's fine with me, but still disappears as soon as anyone visits. She's terrified of fireworks and practically any loudish noise. Zylkene was recommended by the vet, and I use them before and during noisy times, along with a Feliway plug-in at all times. It's a natural, gentle treatment for anxiety, and it works, without any drowsiness at all.

It does what it promises

Stressful car journey
My little Jack, who's 3 years old, gets stressed during fireworks, storms, and especially when she has to take the usual 80km car trip to the mountains. My pharmacy recommended this remedy. Ineffective for my cat

Highly recommended
