We were lucky enough to take part in a product test, thanks to @naturesmiracleeu and @ohoftheday theday. Our male dog had a small wound on his hind leg and left a few marks on the dog bed and carpet. Our female dog could hardly be stopped from licking these "marks". After treating the spots with Nature's Miracle Dog Urine Remover, that was the end of it. The smell really does seem to be gone.

We have 2 dogs, an older one and a puppy. What can I say, accidents can happen with both of them. Using the spray bottle is super easy, and after a short wait, everything can be cleaned up.
