First off, my dog doesn’t really like the spray either, but that’s not the point. I brush his teeth once a day with a toothpaste that contains glucose oxidase, and use the spray once as well. Always after meals. His teeth are white with no plaque, his gums aren’t red or inflamed, and there’s no bad breath. The vet had nothing to complain about and said his teeth look fantastic. My dog is 5 years old, a Bernese-Boxer mix, and gets Markus Mühle in the morning and BARF in the evening.

Acrid, sour Domestos for teeth. I tried it myself and couldn't get rid of the taste for ages, and dogs have an even more sensitive sense of smell. The taste is awful, even painful. I don't recommend it, because even if it might work, my dog hides under the bed from it. We brush with regular toothpaste every day and don't have this problem.

After finishing two packs, I can't see any difference – the tartar on the teeth is exactly the same, and their breath is terrible. The product was tested on two dogs for over two months. The dogs turn their heads away in disgust, but they're well-behaved enough to let me spray them a few times on both sides of their mouths. The smell reminds me of Domestos… I don't understand these positive reviews.

My dog accepts it. Brushing her teeth works well for her too, though. I only bought this for in between or for times when brushing doesn’t happen. However, I won’t buy it again. It contains methylparaben, which is a concerning preservative that can affect hormones. I wouldn’t even use that for myself, so I don’t want to give it to my dog either. Without that, it would be perfect!
