No assembly instructions for a start. Tricky to put together because of poor fit. Difficult to open the top door and the front grille falls out. Don’t waste you money, spend a bit more and get one that’s usable

Seems great and is advertised as up to 7kg. However the carrier stretches under the weight of my 5kg cat and the door just comes right open with an easy push from the cat. Not at all secure and we had to quickly try keeping him in the carrier on public transport when security was most important. Don't waste your money and get a better carrier that actually functions for the weight advertised.

After borrowing one of these from a friend, I was so impressed I bought one for myself. It’s bigger than most cat carriers with a bigger weight limit, which is great for my large breed cat. I like that there is a choice of door opening or top opening. For its size and quality, the price is amazing. Something similar elsewhere would be nearer £40.

I bought it because it has a lot of ways to open the transport box and it looks nice. However, the hooks on the side are easy to loose. What makes it worse is that my cat was able to open the door with a push! He is only 6kg and the box is up to 7! All this happened when I used it for the first time. I won’t be using this carrier anymore as it is not safe! Total waste of money.

The price isn’t worth the product. The idea of opening from the top is good, but the carrier isn’t sturdy or safe at all. Just today, I almost lost my cat because it opened in the car park!

I have a big tomcat weighing about 6 kg. That’s why I chose this carrier. When assembling it, I already noticed that the plastic is very thin and bends easily. When I picked it up with the cat inside, it warped and the door popped open straight away. On the way to the vet and back, the door opened three times and the latch fell off four times because everything got bent out of shape.
