The floor is made of metal and is jncredibly noisy when dog is in crate. It has sharp metal edges which can cut your dogs paws and there are gaps around the base where my do has trapped his paw and injured himself.

This crate is my cat's den in my bedroom at night (only). Being allergic, I had to have her sleeping outside my room. Now we can be in the same room without hairs everywhere. This works for us both because she wants to be where I am. The crate is heavy but it was easy enough to carry upstairs, one stair at a time. Unfolding required care but it all worked well. The three bolts per door are good enough to secure dogs and cats. Recommended!

Good size and exactly what we needed, however the design is poor as the shorter sides dont clip out so are bent when built (we fixed it with cable ties). The base also arrived dented and damaged so the dog doesn't like the noise it makes as he steps on and straightens the metal out. Will have to figure out how to sort this out

My new dog cadge arrived an hour ago, unpacking it I found the metal cadge damaged. On further inspection the the tray is damaged in four places and is thinly made. The metalwork is not of good quality with sharp edges and burring. Reported to customer services but this cadge will end up in the garage collecting dust. I have ordered another to brand to replace it.

VERY POOR QUALITY, THE TRAY WAS DENTED ON ARRIVAL. BARS ALREADY BENT VERY DISAPPOINTED VERY POOR QUALITY. LOTS OF VERY SHARP EDGES THE CRATE IS LESS THAN A WEEK OLD AND WILL NEED REPLACING

3rd one I've bought. Nearly square so perfect size to squash donut bed into then just add your blankets and hook bowls for water and biccies. 2 for Jack's and now one for my yorkie. She will be so excited to be upgraded to big girl status like her aunty lou

Got an over-anxious miniature poodle recovering from major shoulder repair surgery – big vet hospital told me crate him for 8 wks as previous surgery failed. He hated my old 78 cm crate I had for a smaller dog. Lot cheaper than shops. Lovely cage, 109 cm, very easy to set up. Put a giant dog bed in it. Settled v well. Can now leave him to cook and do things. We both happier, can get in it myself too! Can leave food and drink with him. Very glad I bought this. Thank you!

This was very worrying puppy was in the crate for 20 mins to come back to see that the bars had been pulled down. Very dangerous would recommend for use at all

Good quality for the price.

Thought the price was too good to be true. Bought this for my pointer pup and so glad I checked it thoroughly first! There was untold amount of sharp edges inside the cage, one edge actually sliced my thumb when i was checking it so dread to think what it wouldve done to my pups skin! This is cheap and nasty dont waste your money. Also arrived with a very dented tray!

I brought 3 of these in XL for (Labrador and German Shepherds) great cages especially the catch as they have hooks on the end instead of just a sliding bolt. If they didn't a few barges and they would be out (which is known from experience on other cages!) Will be coming back for 3 more shortly for the remainder of the pack!

Well made crate but unfortunately changed my while bull terrier to grey due to oily tray and very poor quality zinc coating. Ok for black dogs only. Will be returning the crate

I bought this crate for my cockapoo puppy, believing a medium would last even as she reaches full adult size as she is expected to be no bigger than a toy poodle. I was very happy with the size when the product arrived. It is also quick and easy to assemble, sturdy and fits her medium pet bed perfectly without any extra room. I am very happy with this product so far and would definitely recommend it to others.

We got this crate to help tame a part feral kitten, it was delivered in a huge box flat packed, it took us a few minutes to work out how to open it out as the instructions were in side the crate! A nice roomy cage (we got a large) just a bit rattly with a kitten climbing it. Good calue for the cost of it.

Brilliant cages. They have a sturdy Metal tray instead of the usual plastic trays that inevitably splits or can be chewed. Well made and great value.

My springers use crates as their bed. I purchased this crate last year and am about to purchase another for my 7 month old springer. The crates are under the stairs, they are only locked in them at night to prevent naughty chewing and when they need to be safe. Great for training and for holidays. The crates are much stronger than they look. Easy to put up and down and excellent value for money.

I bought this cage for my 7 month old dog. He is half German Shepherd and half Australian Cattle Dog. It's a good cage, but my only criticism would be that I don't consider it a ''Large'' cage, even though I bought it in the Large size. I would say it's a fairly spacious Medium, and I would advise you to buy this cage in a size up. For example if you have a German Shepherd don't get the large size, get the XL. Because my German Shepherd cross isn't even fully grown yet and he can't sit straight up in it. He has to duck his head a bit. But it's okay for me, because I only put him in it at dinner time (due to his begging) he doesn't spend much time in it and it works fine as a bed with some blankets and a pet bed inside. So I would say definitely Large is not big enough for a large breed like a GSD or Labrador. But it would be find for Beagles, Staffies, and the like. The ceiling was just a bit to low for a Large size, however the length and width are not bad. It's also really easy to put together, and has a size and front opening. All though the front opening isn't suitable for my dog because he has to duck quite low to get in due to the opening not being as tall as the cage itself (which isn't very tall). So good cage, but medium not large.

We actually brought this crate for my cat, he broke his leg and had to be kept in cage rest for 4 weeks! The cat wasn't best pleased but the crate was a good price for the quality, its sturdy and folds pretty flat. The double doors makes it easy to access both the cat/litter tray/food etc. You would need to put a blanket down as the metal base is cold and noise with claws clicking!

I bought the large size for an Australian Shepherd. I have no issues with the grid part, as my dog is trained and doesn’t struggle or hit the bars. Unfortunately, the galvanised sheet at the bottom is poor quality, very thin, and already needs replacing. It has rusted and is not safe for the dog. In conclusion, the material is of very poor quality, so I do not recommend it for this reason.

I received the crate for my dog and I'm quite satisfied overall, the only downside is that the bottom of the crate was bent.

Low-quality product, unfortunately it arrived all bent out of shape..

It's hard to find a better deal for the price. It's big, has a removable tray, folds up, and you don't even need to assemble it. - We had to secure it with zip ties in several places so it doesn't rattle and is much more stable now. - We put a thin children's plush blanket under the tray, so the tray isn't noisy either.

Very useful, good quality

Very disappointed I only use them for my dogs at mealtimes. They didn’t even last a day. The quality is extremely poor. They manage to get out after 10 seconds. Everything bends. Money down the drain!

The aluminium bars bend easily. Even though my dog is used to being in a crate, he manages to get out by completely bending the little door.

Product meets my expectations. Really easy to assemble.

The mesh size is way too fine, and when the door is closed, it gaps at the top.

It seemed like a very sturdy crate, but my 6-month-old medium-sized puppy managed to break it and get out…

The cage arrived with scratched and in some places even dented metal. Honestly, it looked like someone had already used it. Otherwise, it works quite well.
